Visited with the wife for 3 nights. This hotel is in the perfect location for a city break to Paris. Easily accessible from CDG with only 1 change on the train, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This hotel is a couple minutes walk from the metro. There is a Starbucks and McDonalds pretty much next door and an abundance of other cafes and restaurants nearby!

The staff were welcoming on arrival, check in was smooth and the room was very well presented and clean. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great stay and a perfect location

I had a fantastic three nights stayed at the Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is perfectly located near Arc de Triomphe and train station (short of 5 minutes walk). The room is a bit on a smaller size which is pretty common among hotel rooms in Europe. I got the regular delux room which is perfect size for 2 people. I wouldn't recommend more than two people for the delux room. Wifi connection is pretty good. The staff was really nice and helpful. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for future travelers.

Perfect location

Visited Paris for 4 nights in February along with my wife.

Hotel is small but is all about perfect location to explore Paris. Its walking distance from CDG Etoile metro station (junction for 4 metro lines) and thus we had no issues in returning to this location from any part of Paris we visited. Hotel is also surrounded by mcD, Starbucks, Burger King and few more good local restaurants.

From Airport - Since I was having big luggage so I preferred Le busDirect to reach hotel from Airport. Used Route 2 of the LeBus direct and got down at Etoile/Cham Elysses point (again walking distance from the hotel) Ticket fees - 17Euro/ Time takn 45 minutes. LeBusDirect boarding point is easily accessible at CDG arrival terminal

Our Hotel room was towards inside and not road facing. Therefore very quiet and perfect. Rooms are not so big but this is Paris. Only problem for us was that there was a slanting roof in our room which made the room more smaller as it made part of room as virtually inaccessible. Please try to avoid this room if possible. (i think ours was on 5th floor).

Hotel reception staff is very friendly and no problems in English conversations as well.
Quality of bed/pillows/wahroom accessories was also very good. Hotel is very well maintained and also had reasonable good breakfast options (3-4 types of breads, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, tea/coffeee, pan cakes, juice, fruits, curds, cold cuts, croissants, tea cakes, dry fruits ...) We had got a good deal inclusive of breakfast ....so absolutely no complaints.....otherwise, breakfast can be skipped unless people get a good deal otherwise use nearby restaurants for breakfast

Thanks to Mercure team for providing very nice and warm services to us during our trip......

Good Mercure hotel and good location

Stayed at the Mercure Opera before and having been disappointed, I decided to try the Wagram for my next stay.

Staff are always friendly in the Accor group, my room was just about the right size for Paris and the bathroom was well organised.

My wing of the building was pretty quiet, and internet worked really well, which is rarely the case in hotels.

Location could not be better next door to the Champs Elysées and Arc de Triomphe.

Will definitely come back.
