How to Get There
Had a great 3-day stay here last month. Showed up at 11am after an overnight international flight and were able to get in to the room immediately which was so wonderful! The room was small, but very nice and very clean. The bathroom was modern and the shower was great. It room was SO quiet! We never heard another guest. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The desk staff were very helpful with printing off tickets for us and answering questions. The location is VERY convenient. Only 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Elysee, the metro station, the Le-Bus (airport bus) stop, and a Big Bus stop. THere's a small grocery store a block away and many local restaurants nearby but also a McD and a Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Few steps away from Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees& Galeries Lafayette. There’s also a supermarket nearby! Breakfast could be improved though like freshly baked madeleines similar to Ibis instead of commercially packed ones
Was in Paris for 4 nights and no other location i would prefer to stay but always around Arc de Triomphe. Going around the area and beyond is so easy as the train station is less than 5 minutes away and there are so many eateries around the area. Area is not that quiet neither it is that noisy.
Room size, as we know generally are small in Europe, but we managed to move around the unit. Only problem is trying to find space for the 2 luggage that we had, but we managed. Beds were nice and toilets too is equally nice. Not much of a complain there, but i do have issues here and there. Had requested for 2 singles beds and the hotel willingly have the request done for us.
We were greeted by a staff, which to me seems unwelcoming but i couldnt bother so much about it. But i would like to highlight one of your fantastic staff whom endured our endless questions and even helped us with our food order delivery. If i am not wrong, her name is Angie. We kept coming back to her with our questions and not once she displayed any uneasiness with our issues. Such a gem she is. We eventually came back around the hotel area about 2 weeks later and i think i saw her walking in to the hotel and wasnt quite sure if that is her and didnt smiled at her. If i knew it was her i would have waved and said hello.
Despite our general satisfaction with the hotel, there were 2 issues that i would like to raise. One being the toilet door that has the hinges that made opening from the room quite an effort and the other on the pillow quality which seems flat to me.
Despite the issues, i would definitely return to the hotel again if i am ever returning to Paris and will recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
