How to Get There
This has been, hands down, the best experience I've had at a hotel. I travel a lot, stay at luxury properties exclusively and I rarely write reviews. MO Paris service, staff, rooms and attention to detail and facilities are in the top I've ever experienced at a five star property. I booked a week here as a gift for my mom's bday and they made it so special she told me it was like a dream. Expect personalized and excellent service and a green oasis (the interior courtyard) in the middle of Paris' most exclusive address.
I had stayed with MO at some countries and I’m a Fan of MO. However MO at Paris was surprisingly out of my expectations.
The staff and guards at the hotel were friendly, they are helpful and down to earth. The hotel also let me feel safe. The check in was smooth although we got there early and our room were not ready. As usual, the hotel interior is amazing, they have a outdoor garden terrace which is very nice!
Our room is quite small with a price tag of EUR 1350 per night, which in my opinion is the most expensive MO I had stayed, but this is Paris!
The restaurant at Camilla was ok, they offered continental breakfast in HK style, Tokyo style as well as New York. They were quite good with variety selection of pastry, cheese and desserts.
The gym and swimming pools were quite decent,but incomparable with MOKL and MO Tokyo.
The only complaint that I made is the housekeeping. First, they don’t offer you toothpaste and tooth brush, you have to call them. But they didn’t give extra toothpaste throughout our five days stay even though my toothpaste had finished, so did the mouth wash.
Then the drinking water, they give us two 50CL and one glass 75CL and that’s it, no more refill after cleaning service or turn down service, we have to call each time our bottle ran out. Is this the culture?
And then the small little things, like the housekeeping didn’t give a new shower cap after they threw it, but they did refill cotton pad and cotton bud. And they didn’t wash the tea pot after I had tea every time, that’s ok so I washed myself but just feel weird.
I think the housekeeping staff are a little absent minded and careless. I’m quite disappointed because this time, I don’t feel I was being well taken care of so I don’t feel it worth the money.
It was the first time to Paris for our honeymoon and all I can say we definitely enjoyed our stay! This has to be one of the most exquisite hotel. Great stay, amazing staff, impeccable service, accessible location and wonderful experience! Definitely must stay when you travel to Paris. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

My wife and I are big fans of MO. Whenever we travel, MO is always our first choice. We stayed with MO Tokyo, MO Jakarta, MO Hong Kong, MO Bangkok, and we stay with MO Kuala Lumpur every month.
We spent five nights with MO Paris. During our stay, amenities were not refilled promptly. For example, Housekeeping threw away my wife’s shower cap, but did not put a new one back. We also had to call for our toothbrushes, which was a small matter but I guess it was overlooked.
The discerning edge for MO to us, was an eye for detail. For instance, I read a book halfway and left it on the table. MO Tokyo and MO Bangkok would put a bookmark at where I stopped. Whereas, for MO Paris, when it is clear that we are out of the bottled drinking water, Housekeeping did not give us more water, not even a bottle, so we had to tell them.
My Wife also boiled tea, with the tea leaves provided in the room. We would go out and come back to see that Housekeeping poured away the tea left in the tea pot, leaving the used tea leaves and the stained tea pot (they poured away the tea, so why didn’t they wash the tea pot?).
It is also interesting to note that this is the only MO we stayed in that didn’t give us chocolates after the turn down service. There is definitely nothing wrong, but being used to MO, we wonder about the inconsistency.
The Front Desk, Doormen, and Concierge were all friendly and helpful. Our stay would have been much better if not for the less than ideal services from Housekeeping.
We love MO and want MO Paris to do well, and they can start with paying attention to details.
Loved the hotel, my room was beautiful and the personal is amazing. Loved the food, specially recomend for dinner to have the degustation menu. It has a great ubication because it is really in the heart of Paris and really nice to walk around.
