How to Get There
Just spent 3 days there for our first visit to Paris. Location is ideal being close to Notre Dame, the Louvre and vibrant night life. The staff was very accommodating and friendly with special kudos to Ricardo who went out of his way to help us make the most of of our time.
The room was small but comfortable. Will return if I am fortunate enough to visit again.
Great location. Friendly staff. Hotel gives the appearance of being quite stylish. But the layout is odd and the elevator is pretty creaky. Ended up staying in a basement room, which was clean but fairly dark and with a musty odour and strong smell of bleach/chlorine in the corridor. Bed was comfortable with firm pillows, but was obviously two smaller beds pushed together, so clear join in the middle. Shower over the bath was OK, but limited water pressure, lukewarm water, noisy plumbing and very high step to get into the bath wasn't ideal. Although quality towels, bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. Maybe the rooms on the upper floor are better and don't have a big pillar in the middle of the room? Reception seemed pretty busy at times and housekeeping fairly tardy. But overall a nice enough hotel and location is very central. However it's very expensive for what is on offer.
Professional, kind and most pleasant staff. My wife and i had a wonderful first time experience of Paris, which quite portion of it should be credited to Mr Ricardo with patience and useful recommendations, willing to assist any time.
The hotel enjoys excellent location and the this combination of location and wonderful staff is winner!!!
We stayed the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff, the upkeep, the decor, the amenities, the services, the breakfast, the smiles and friendliness. Ricardo was very helpful, as well as all of the staff that we came across. The breakfast was great for what it was, continental food.
The location provided good shopping and food, but I will not suggest this place for our young children (nothing for entertaining children).
It is also close to the Notre Dame Cathedral, as well as Moulin Rouge and the Train Station, if you enjoy walking or taking the Metro. When the weather is perfect, like it was during our stay, you can stroll through the city of Paris and see the sites, then return to this lovely hotel for quiet, comfortable relaxation.
There were several people staying at the hotel while were we there, but it was not obvious that many others were staying there until we had breakfast in the restaurant onsite (rooms and floors are very quiet and welcoming).
I will definitely return, hopefully the hotel will still be in good condition with a great staff when I return.
Amazing hotel experience. Upon arrival the front desk manager came to welcome us. We had a great welcoming with a nice introduction of the hotel and staff who really wanted to make our stay special. The room was nice and clean with high quality bedding. The location was cemtral close to restaurants, bars and popular tourist attractions such as the Pompidou. I have nothing bad to say about our stay, 10/10 would recommened! Warm welcoming and subsequential great service all over was highly valued.
