We stayed 2 times in this hotel. the first one was really good and we decided to come again, A really nice guy was in the front desk. The second one was awful. An old lady give us the room reserved: 404 superior room. but surprise: it is exacly the same size of comfort room 204. the rate is more expensive of course for the same size. when you ask to the front-desk the old lady tell you: yes it is a superior, sorry.
Breakfast was good the first time, but nop the second time. Orange juice not fresh, where's the Gateau au chocolat? bananas more black than yellow. Maurice and Nicolà were pretty good and great people as usual.

the only problem the old unbearable lady (I think she was the owner or manager) she was screaming against the housekeeping and reception staff during our breakfast. Honestly not professionnal. she should buy more cutlery best quality and change the fabric on the lobby : green sofa and red chairs or gold? check all the USB plug ( in our room it didn't work?)
the management of the hotel is very approximate.

Never again.

Would love to stay again

The hotel was in a great location surrounded by some great bistros and independent shops in an extremely pretty area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when next in Paris.

We chose to stay at Le Relais Montmartre for my husband's birthday and The hotel did not disappoint! Our room was beautifully decorated and felt really cosy - the perfect place to stay on a cold January night in Paris. The staff were friendly, thoughtful, welcoming & professional. We appreciated their help in advising us on good value restaurants in Montmartre and provided us with a map of the area. The hotel also offered a good selection of breakfast options too.We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Perfect position behind the Moulin Rouge. Friendly staff. It is pricey for such a tiny establishment but the service is impeccable. We had a small room with wonderful bathroom with bath - just right for soothing tired, cold feet after sightseeing in the snow. Everything you need is provided but not everything is in the room. There is a list of free extras and you just have to ask. Room service is basically asking them to phone for a takeaway which is fine and all we needed when we arrived late and tired. For a short stay this hotel is perfect, particularly in the winter. It's between two metros and the area above it, towards Sacre Coeur, is wonderful - full of little specialist food shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Breakfast is pricey but worth it. It has a huge selection however my son only wanted all the chocolate croissants and nutella and the hot chocolate is great. But there are cafes close by which serve breakfast at half the price and a quarter the amount. Finally, this is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in.
