Great location and staff, darling. rooms, but not perfect
Reviewed 2 days ago

We loved the staff, the cleanliness, and the beauty of the room. The location is perfect. Quiet street near everything. Room 53 was a dream come true: under the Paris roof, sky lights, and the most darling Paris decor. Room has a little living room with a pull out for my two children. The breakfast, while expensive, was quiet and lovely. Only cons: VERY spotty WIFI and a spring mattress that was not comfortable enough for 2 adult side-sleepers who walk 10 miles through Paris every day. I expected great WIFI and mattress for the price. We had a better mattress at the 2 star IBIS out of town. We snuck a peek in another room for 2 and it was a much smaller space since it didn't have a couch seating area.. Even the staff said we had the best room. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location, Modern boutique hotel with AC

Excellent customer attention. Location was walkable to most sites. Staff was pleasant and very helpful with all. Would stay here next time for sure. Clean modern room and updated baths. Close to cafes and all.

Weekend break in Paris
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We've just returned from a 2 night weekend stay at Hotel La Villa Saint-Germain.

The hotel is a great location in the heart of Saint-Germain, close to the Metro and a big bonus is Laudree is across the road.

As it was very hot during our stay the rooms were lovely and cool from the air con and very clean. The rooms were also very quiet which made for a good nights sleep.

I would say that at 275 euros per night the hotel is quite expensive to say we weren't really in the rooms or use any of the services.

Would definitely recommend to friends staying in Paris in the future.

Stylish, Creative Boutique on Left Bank

For a cozy stay on a very quiet, stylish street near the Metro, I recommend La Villa. Lovely small lobby and spacious cocktail lounge upon entrance, 24-hour concierge service (always friendly and helpful), wonderful breakfast in a darling room downstairs, where you will be served coffees and teas of your choice, perhaps eggs and bacon, in addition to the buffet (excellent cheeses!). It’s pricey, but if you are an early riser who likes to eat, it’s worth it, imo. Our room was tastefully decorated and invited one to rest and order room service (very good!) and, though smallish like so many Paris hotels, it was elegant with a high style, tiny bathroom. Do not miss the house cocktail, named “29” (after the address)—which includes liquor St. Germain (invented by the monks of the nearby abbey hundreds of years ago). It’s all tres romantique. Negatives: tiny elevator needs to be updated and freshened; your room may not be cleaned until late afternoon.

Wonderful, stylish hotel

This is a very stylish, nice hotel in a great location in Saint Germain de Pres. The staff is very nice and accommodating, and the room we were in was very stylish and comfortable. The elevator was broken when we arrived, and the manager very quickly changed our room to a lower floor. (The elevator was fixed soon after).
