Lovely stay

We stayed for two nights last week.
Very central location with a walk from all major attractions.
The check in was a little harder than it has to be with the hotel using laptops although very friendly and welcoming with a free glass of champagne.
Small lifts take you up to your room. Our room was 604 which was very small and compact.
Lovely comfy bed and nice bathroom
Really comfortable stay and would recommend!

Nice hotel

We ordered familyroom, it was a little small, but OK. It was two rooms with connecting doors. At check-in they where more eager about talking in the telephone than serving us. He answered and made 6 telephone calls while we where waiting to be checked in. Very rude, and not proper for a five star hotel.
The luggage was sent to the room, but it took forever to arrive. We sat on the room five minutes waiting for the luggage, it would have been easier to bring it ourselves.
We had ordered one doublebed and two single beds. At arrival we had two double beds. They had to split one bed.
Check-in was bad service, waiting and not what we expected.
The rooms where good quality. Bed was great. The bathroom was spacious with large shower. One room had large bathtub. The toillet was placed so close to the wall it was not possible to sit normal on it. This was on both bathrooms. Even the kids complained about the toilets.
The rooms where clean. It had all the normal perks you expect from a five star hotel.
Breakfast was on the lower floor, or you could order to the room. We went downstairs to eat. Breakfast was good quality and a fair amount of food to choose from. Both hot and cold food was available. It was OK.
The hotel has a terrasse on the roof. OK view, and you can see the upper half of the Eiffeltower. No lights there when dark though.
The hotel is placed close to the Eiffeltower and Invalides. Quiet area. Close to train, bus and metro. Very good location, especially for families and people that require a safe and quit environment.

Great hotel, service & location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Juliana.

The location is great, close to the Eiffel Tower and in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with good cafes, restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

Our hotel room was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows - it was like sleeping in a cloud.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet included with our booking. The service personnel were lovely, they even prepared tuna bruschetta for me, because I said I loved fish! I regret not getting the gentleman’s name.

The concierge was also fantastic, assisting with arranging our transfers, tickets for the Moulin Rouge (with fab seats).

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We would definitely stay here again.
