The hotel is fine for an overnight stay. The only problem we had was finding the hotel free shuttle which is a great benefit. For those looking to find the shuttle you need to go to Terminal 2. Head for the train station. Once there go to the fifth level and watch for the signs for Hotel Shuttles. Follow them to the upper floor where the shuttles drive by.

Good location, friendly staff but the building needs some renovation
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The hotel is well situated with a car park (which is a luxery in Paris) and not far from the subway. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good and the hotel is clean. One minor is the building itself, on the interior some renovations could be done.

This place is definitely NOT a four star. Disgusting place, extremely RUDE staff, flies all over the food, in the swimming pool and in the bathrooms. Very dirty place too. None of the staff barely speak English so don't bother booking here if you are from an English speaking country, and there are no coffee machines or mini fridges in the rooms. Waited 30 minutes for a towel that was stocked in the office that the staff walked in and out of every minute so I had to wait IN the pool as there was no way for me to walk around and ask again or go back to my room! Customer service is ghastly and they don't sort out your problem, they just say "there's nothing I can do so..." what kind of four star hotel says this!? Reported to the manager and manager does or says NOTHING. This hotel is also very far away from the city and has NOTHING local to offer. No room service and no snacks/food offered at the hotel except breakfast which is nasty and undercooked. I WILL NEVER recommend this place. Save yourself and book a REAL 4 star hotel.

Good hotel

The hotel is very good, clean and have facilities like gym and swimming pool.
Metro and tram is very close and you would need nothing.

A good breakfast is available too. The rooms are good enough and comfortable

Kinda small rooms, but attentive staff!

Stayed here, after booking last minute, due to a huge service issue with misterbnb site, so paid a premium for 3 nights, and expected better toilettries and bigger room for the price point, but the staff was great. bar staff was super nice, as was the front desk staff I dealt with. Breakfast spread was great for the price, and the gym, while small, never was busy. Neither was the pool when I was there. Kind of on the southern-western point of central Paris, but still I walked to most anywhere. One thing I'd improve is better shower products in rooms, and to update the rooms, and somehow make them bigger.
