Best Hotel Experience!!!

This was our last hotel on a three week eurotrip, so the bar was set high. This Hotel blew our expectations away. The rooms are comfortable and location great. More importantly, the staff is incredible. From the moment Mael checked us in we felt like part of the family. Benjamin the concierge had some great recommandations for us, and Anna always greeted us with her infectious good mood. Towards the end of our stay we met Xavier, the American manager, who was also super friendly, and it really clicked that this wasn’t about a few individuals, but rather something prevalent throughout the staff. Case in point, we created an account on here especially to share how great these people were.

Our New Go-to Hotel in Paris

This was our first time in this hotel and we were not disappointed.
The staff would greet us everyday as if they were genuinely happy to see us, especially Pascal and Anna who were often at the desk when we got back.
We had a minor issue (not worth more details) but the manager Xavier went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved and checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well. It's moments like these where customer service really shines.
Will return.

Boutique Hotel

This hotel was not our first choice; however, due to the Yellow Vests protests, we decided to stay on the left bank. We weren’t sorry.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Very close to coffee shops that open early in the morning and within a walking distance to bridges linking the two banks.

The only downside was that there wasn’t enough storage at the room, especially for winter travel.
