I’ve never stayed at the hotel but I’m writing a review about the restaurant located within the hotel I’ve been to Paris multiple times and every time I always stop a minimum three times to have to beef tartare at the restaurant the restaurant used to have the best beef tartare in Paris until it was switched unfortunately I had never had the opetuinity to experience the original menu
but I have to say that it’s still one of my favorite even though the menu has changed I always come here it’s always amazing I don’t know anything about the hotel but the tartare is unreal at this location. Its always consistant.

Our terrible experience

My husband and I were so excited to visit Paris on our honeymoon. We landed late in the evening and all we wanted to do was shower and go to bed. The shower was broken, so we showered in our own dirt which is disgusting to say the least. To make matters worse, we wake up an hour later to find the entire bathroom LEAKING and the water running to our luggage’s. We were on a 30 day honeymoon with Paris being our first stop- Just imagine! A true nightmare. We quickly called the front desk which advised us that he will move us to the room across. After RE packing everything we just unpacked, the staff calls us to tell us actually that room isn’t available and if we wait a little longer he will give us a new room. So we find ourselves exhausted with 70% of our clothes soaking wet on the first day of our honeymoon and my husband’s birthday. We spent the next few days purchasing new clothes and underwear rather than sight seeing in Paris. I have been trying to reach the manager and sent over 8 emails, and called over 5 times. NO response. NOT ONE apology! Not one answer from any of the staff let alone the manager! What disgusting service and I will never in my life stay in this hotel again and will advise anyone I know to stay far away from this place. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk is rude and do not greet you upon walking in like any normal hotel does but instead stare at you making you feel awkward and like you’re bothering them. Gross.
