Casual Paris
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Not in a crowded touristic corner, but yet you this calm area supports this lovely spacious corner.
I have limited access for issues, without questioning I’ve been given the accessibility room.
I must say I wish it was better ventilated, but other than that, everything was excellent.
Clean areas, well made beds and clean toilets.
Bigger than other hotels I know about or stayed in Paris.
I’m very satisfied with the price per value gotten, specially having a very impressive breakfast buffet.
All the employees that we got to see were all very pleasant and helpful.
The area offer a few restaurants within walking distance. The bar and room service are available until 10 with a humble variety. But you can also order ubereats to your hotel door until later hours.
The metro is a bit of a walk but it’s a very accessible area with car.

Lovely visit

We stayed there with family for couple of weeks, there are couple of nice places to eat around and not far away from city centre. Couple of lovely patisseries around are absolutely amazing. FOH manager Etienne was very nice.

Great Hotel in Convenient Location

Great Hotel in Convenient Location. From the moment we entered the foyer we were welcomed by staff who shared knowledge freely. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. On reviewing our weeeks itinerary in Paris were given good advice especially on public transport. We would recommend this Mercure and when in Paris will definitely stay again.

Horrible Experience

I stayed at this hotel as it is close to the Expo, but regret it!
Room was very noisy, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful.
Worst customer service, even when the fault was theirs.
Lift broken as well. One iron shared between rooms.
The errors made by the staff and their unprofessional and rude behavior ruined my stay in Paris
