Great hotel in a perfect location
Martin L

A very comfortable hotel located 4 minutes' walk from both the North and East train stations, and very close to some great restaurants and buzzing nightlife. My room was very quiet and had everything I needed, including a very large and comfortable bed. Everything also worked properly and was easy to use - not something to be taken for granted these days. Having a window that opened in the bathroom was a very rare treat indeed.

The things that stood out for me were the friendliness of all the staff I met and the quality of the breakfast buffet.

The staff were very friendly indeed and in a pleasant uncomplicated way, not "gushy" or over-personal. I was still addressed as "Mr. xxx" and not as some old school buddy.

The breakfast buffet was really excellent with plenty of choice. You don't see freshly-squeezed orange juice or yoghurt in glass pots in many hotels. I've had better hot food, and better scrambled eggs in particular, but this is not England.

My room was around Euro 350 for two nights, including breakfast. For the size and quality of the room and the excellence of the breakfasts I think it was very good value for money. The free tea, coffee and mineral water in the room made it even more so. You may get a free bottle of mineral water as a welcome gift in some other hotels but here I got 4 over the two days (being in a double room). Little things in themselves but they make a big difference.

I'll certainly be back!

Great hotel and staff

A boutique hotel that ticks all the boxes!!

A lovely hotel tucked 5 minutes away from Gare Du Nord. The staff were professional, helpful and very polite. Though our room was quite small it was very well presented, modern and clean and we had no complainant. We had a joint massage in the on site spa and if you get the opportunity you should make the most of it, it was a wonderfully relaxing well spent hour.
A lovely hotel.
