Absolutely Marvelous

Our five day trip to Paris after New Years was a last minute decision and we love to stay in the St. Germain/Luxembourg Park area. Great reviews (including Trip Advisor), location and the small number of rooms of the hotel led us to the Luxembourg Parc. It was the Best decision. From arranging transport from the airport, our welcome, our room (a corner room which was fabulous), the spacious bathroom, the breakfast, help with sightseeing, to evening wine in the lobby, the STAFF was outstanding. They made the stay in Paris so enjoyable for my wife and I. Anything and everything possible. Their recommendations for dinner were spot on and we will visit them all of them again. The room was of good size, bathroom was incredible and the bed was so comfortable. This is now our go to hotel in Paris. Just Marvelous. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Consistently great hotel

So we had a basic horror story with an apartment on VRBO that left us at the last minute with nowhere to stay in Paris in the middle of July! I remembered how much we enjoyed the Hotel Luxrmbourg Parc and called them instantly. They were incredibly efficient and professional! They were able to accommodate us for the rest of our stay (6 nights!) and we were in our room within 30 minutes of my call. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend them enough. There are a lot of hotels in Paris (and we have stayed at many) and while we have had both good and bad experiences everywhere--this hotel is CONSISTENTLY always excellent. This marks our 5th time staying here (twice in the winter when it is just as charming) and we have already made a reservation for our next trip. It's so reassuring to know that you can book a place and not wonder, "Is it still as good as I remember?" Yea, this one is lock.

Quaint Hotel by a Beautiful Park

As hotels go in Paris, the room and bathroom of this hotel is a decent size. In Paris own always almost expect to be squished in a tiny room but in this hotel it was not like that. So the rooms are ok. I would not say the place was cheap but I don't remember it to be expensive but I suppose this is all relative to the person spending. I sort of regretted not booking a suite type of room as the hotel was quite enjoyable and I probably wouldn't mind paying a bit more. What is best about this hotel is that it was right in front of the Luxembourg Park, which is a gorgeous park. I was in Paris for business but got there on the weekend, so I was able to spend an afternoon at the park to see all these charming families enjoying a Sunday afternoon. They were floating boats in the large pond in the middle of the lake. And during my business meetings, the hotel was well located and it was easy to go to all my business meetings in the city. My wife was with me and we would always find a nice restaurant in the area for lunch and dinner. Also my wife enjoyed herself walking and shopping a bit in the area near the hotel. The hotel itself is not a large one, so you will not find a large lobby or lots of facilities but it is a very decent hotel. The staff were very nice, I cannot really recommend the breakfast but if you were in a hurry and not too picky, the breakfast is basic and will do the job. I ate most of my breakfasts outside the hotel when I did my morning walk so that is something I would recommend since there are a lot of choices nearby. I enjoyed this hotel and definitely in my next trip to Paris I will book this hotel, this time it'll be a suite.

Quiet, well appointed rooms, and just a short, enjoyable walk down to Rue Saint-Germain and one of the nicest neighborhoods in Paris.

The staff is helpful and the breakfast room has everything you could need to get your day going.

Would certainly stay at this hotel again
