We love staying here, and keep coming back. This time, we stayed 4 nights. We know the staff and they're very nice. They handle all our restaurant reservations, shuffle things around as our plans change, etc.

The only thing we recommend is to look into improving the breakfast. It's not quite at the level of the hotel. We generally go to various cafes around - Cafe Madame, Les Editors, Cafe de la Mairie, Poilaine, Ma Bourgogne are some of our favorites.

Le Comptoir at Carrefour de Odeon is our favorite place for a late lunch, and walking distance from the hotel.

Quiet Comfort in Paris

The Luxembourg Parc is directly across the street from the Luxembourg Garden. It is a boutique hotel with a four star rating under the French rating system - one of the very few four star lodgings on the Left Bank. The rooms are of good size as Paris hotel rooms go, and are nicely furnished. There is no restaurant, but a nice breakfast is available. We've stayed in many Paris hotels over the years, and the Luxembourg Parc is our current favorite.

Perfect in Every Sense

Our stay at Hotel Luxembourg Parc was perfect in every sense imaginable... Where should I start? The location... it could not have been better... In the heart of Paris, in walking distance to almost all attractions, yet looking into the greens of Jardins de Luxembourg, thus quite and serene... The bonus is to be able to walk in the steps of Hemingway as he described his Parisian experience in The Moveable Feast... The hotel itself is a small building, with few rooms but inside is so "Parisian" and romantic!! The façade is covered with wisteria, inside there is a very small court, the small lobby is cozy with a bar. There is also French newspapers for free in the lobby.

We stayed in one of the classic rooms, not very big yet very large in French standards. Our room's view was the Jardins de Luxembourg and it was all green. The bathroom with white marbles was very satisfactory, all the amenities (from bathrobes to slippers, from shampoos to hairdryer) available. The bed was very comfortable. The wi-fi was very strong and it was easy to get the access.

Though our reservation did not include breakfast (there are lots of options around for breakfast), one morning we opted to have it in our hotel as the breakfast room looked very chic. It was open buffet with white linen tableclothes and silver cutlery. It's a very small room with utmost 5-6 tables but it was really very nice to be there for breakfast.

Last but not least, the service at the reception. very polite, very helpful, very customer-oriented.

Our hotel experiences in Paris were always very right but Hotel Luxembourg Parc was the best of all those... Yes, it's not a cheap hotel at all but given what it offers, it's a perfect return on what you pay.... Definitely recommend!!!

Parisian Perfection!!!!

I stayed at Hotel Luxembourg Parc 4 years ago with a friend and always wanted to return with my family. Last week my family and I stayed for 3 nights at this jewel of a hotel in Paris. Prior to arrival Lydia, Fabian, Christian and Charles responded by return email to all my questions and requests. We stayed in the junior suite and a deluxe room, both were beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The warm, welcoming reception we received from Lydia, Fabian and Christian made us all feel like family returning for a visit! The public rooms and spaces are beautiful and welcoming and the breakfast room is charming. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location can not be beat and you are able to walk most everywhere. We all now consider this to be our home away from home in Paris and can not thank the staff enough for making our stay at the hotel one none of us will ever forget. We would not consider staying anywhere else in Paris and can not wait to return for an even longer visit. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our family reunion in Paris so wonderful.
