A warm welcome, a clean and comfortable room with attractive decor,
Perfect location, great breakfast.

This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing break in the middle of a bustling big city.

Hi There
I will not recommend this any more, It s our second visit and we have been poorly
welcomed upon arrival.

Omy was our first contact last time and she was a Pearl really, highly professional and very charming!

Poor service at all levels, compared to the price paid!
Hotel has become too business and a real rip off !
No personal touch, no attention to details !

Shame they have gone so down in their service:
Very disappointed!

Not a Four Star !!!

Weekend in Paris - hotel Lumen

Standard hotel, excellent location (few minutes walking to Louvre, very near to metro station Pyramides, where is also the main office of the Big Bus and Citysightseeing companies and transition stop of the Big Bus Red/Blue lines - very handy for tourists), nice walking distance to other interesting places, quiet side road, good breakfest buffet, very friendly staff. Extra small room (the smallest hotel room I have ever seen, I think) and quite dark interior everywhere on our floor - all painted gray incl. walls, even in the corridors, which is a bit unusual. Quite expensive for such general standard, even when discounted. But the location is really good.

Just a short stay in Paris and the hotel was very central and enjoyable. Staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions and other enquiries we had during our stay. We were able to have our bags kept when checking out which was helpful.

This restaurant deserves to be discovered and should be paid a visit !

New chef, new interior, new service.
The Lumen is a gastronomic halt in a cosy and classy environment. The chef is inspired by the Fresh products he cooks and his Japanese « pâtissière » is very talented.
Lovely wine service with a very nice female sommelier from Slovenia.
A great international combination that proves with delight that combining talents and cultures can only offer the very best. Try the smoked bonite and then the lobster ravioli along with a couple of glasses of Sardinian white wine and you will be in Heaven in Paris. Will return again and again !
