Good location, perfect service

Everything was up to our expectations. The hotel is quiet yet close to everything we were looking to visit. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room (with a king bed) was a bit tight for the 2 of us with our 2 (big) suitcases, but still comfortable once we got organized. The AC was so welcome as it was so hot in Paris when we stayed.

Very good hotel

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this hotel. The room was clean and decent size. Toilet and shower were separated in two different rooms and the basin was outside. We were in a quite side, which was perfect to rest. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because despite I asked not to change our towels (as I like to try to be environmentally friendly), they were changed every day. But I guess is not easy for them dealing with all the customer's requests given that some of the reviewers have complained in the past that their towels were not changed...
There is a card in the room that explain to leave the towels hanged if one doesn't want it to have it changed. I suggest that they stick to that.
Also the stairs are a bit dark, steep and narrow, but there is a lift available, so that would not be a problem for other clients.
I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future, as in the overall is very good.

Great service, clean and comfortable room

Decor is dark but interesting. Room is spacious compared to others in Paris. Service was great & breakfast was good & included but not worth 15€. The neighborhood seems a bit seedy in places but fine.

Les Theatres fantastic location but.....

The Hotel, like several hotels in Paris is very small and therefore the rooms are small as well. There was no wardrobe and movements within the room was quite difficult.
Please note that the Spa Area is downstairs in the cellar so we did not feel very comfortable to spend some time there.
Breakfast was almost adequate but the personnel did not replace the food as soon as it was finished, so at a certain time the offer was very poor. And the quality itself was not sufficient.
The “theatre” characterisation of the hotel was a little exaggerated and somehow disturbing.
Location top!!

Quaint hotel - my family loved it!

My adult children, my husband and I stayed 3 nights here. We thoroughly enjoyed the central location (just a quick metro ride to all the major Paris sites). The hotel is so cute with only a few rooms on each of the 7 floors. We were on the 6th floor and we had a lovely balcony. The height of this floor was only about 6 & 1/2 feel, so don't get on this floor if you like high ceilings. But the other floors where my kids were on were normal height. The rooms are well decorated with Paris Theater themes. Our room was on the street but it was very quiet. There was Breakfast included - a treat in Paris - and while buffet style, there was great variety and good quality. The room where breakfast was served was also the bar and decorated to look like a library - also very quaint. Good helpful staff. I would stay again! An especially good value!
