How to Get There
Spent one night with Family. the suites junior was very good but expensive. the hotel is well located not far from Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord. No need for taxi to go there. the staff was friendly.
the room was clean as well as the bathroom.
for the breakfast we didn't took it, so no idea
My boyfriend and I stayed for one night. We had 6 nights reserved. The room was advertised with an AC unit, and clean sheets. One didn’t work, the other was seemingly impossible to obtain. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written, and it feels kinda mean but if any place deserves it, it’s this one. There were blood stains on the sheets and walls haha. When we asked for new sheets, bc our sheets had blood on them, the concierge acted offended and confused and then told us housekeeping would take care of it. When went to dinner, and came late that night to find the same sheets. Again, we asked for new ones and we got the same reacted but from a different concierge. Aside from the crappy place itself, the neighborhood was not great at all. We ended up leaving early, and despite the room being miss-advertised, we weren’t able to get a refund. Still, it was worth getting out of there.
Enough said. This place was awful. Located near the train station attracting much crime and lack of safety; we were not made to feel any better by the unhelpful and rude staff of this hotel. Safe to say we will be never returning!
