Nice return visit
Reviewed 4 days ago

This was our second stay at 123. We had a wonderful time residing there back in 2014 and for the most part the hotel lived up to our positive memories as this time we returned with our two adult (20 and 25) sons and took two rooms.

The strength of the hotel remains the staff. They provided great guidance to my wife and I both before and during our stay with respect to museums, tours and airport transportation. Everything in this regard was seamless. A special shout out to Inna who seemed especially competent, going back to assisting in my preparation before arrival and extending through a billing issue resolved after my departure.

The breakfast was still terrific and I would recommend taking that option for anyone who stays at the hotel. The afternoon "open bar" has unfortunately diminished materially since our last stay. Four years ago it included wine, chocolates and a more expansive selection of food. It has now been reduced to some donuts/baked sweets and juice and water. Also disappointing, the actual bar was closed during our stay, presumably in anticipation of renovating the main lobby, which unfortunately commenced about two days prior to our departure.

123 Sebastopol remains a quality property, a great value, and possesses a very professional and competent staff. It also occupies a terrific location, which may have gotten even better (as the neighborhood more fully developed) since our last stay. But the cutbacks in amenities and the bad timing of our stay during renovation left it short of a 5 star experience, even considering its reasonable price point.

Still 4 stars, still would recommend, but four years ago we vowed to stay there again on our next Paris trip. Next time we will likely explore another property.

very well located charming hotel, with comfortable and pretty big rooms

friendly and helpful staff. They have an afternoon/evening free tea en coffee service, and you can as well take advantage of that offer in the other hotels of that chain in Paris. Minibar (water and soft drinks) is also complimentary.
Nice breakfast. Clean rooms
We would go there again!

A Wonderful Hotel in the Heart of Paris
Reviewed 7 days ago

We have stayed numerous times in Paris but this hotel was by far our favourite so far. Set on Boulevard Sebastopol on the Right Bank not far from the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral and within easy walking distance of many sites including the small rues where you can often find the best places to eat and take in the sounds of this beautiful city. Near the Marais district which has the charm of the older areas with many places to visit including some of Paris’s lovely arcades. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, friendly and helpful, no request was too much trouble, whether it was a suggestion for somewhere to dine or to call for a taxi. Our room was fantastic and even included a small balcony overlooking the rooftops of the nearby city. Considering it was Paris, our room was quite spacious, unlike many we’ve had for much more money. We recommend Hotel Le 123 Sebastopol.

Nothing to complane about! Great service, flawless staff, clean rooms & nice breakfast. The added service of afternoon soft drinks at any of their hotels have been both useful and convenient. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Definitely coming back!

Charming hotel in great location

This hotel is well situated near the Metro, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel is comfortable and well appointed, with really terrific, friendly, and helpful staff. The "Ennio Morricone" room was spacious and comfortable , and I loved the daily coffee / snack selection in the lobby. There is a workout room, and typically small for a European boutique style hotel -- but serviceable. I will return for another stay!
