- The Zen, ivy-clad courtyard for fine dining en plein air
- Each room has its own distinct character
- The service: amiable and welcoming, with great attention to detail

How to Get There
We traveled to Paris for a belated birthday trip. Hotel Lancaster had beautiful rooms, delicious food, and a convenient location right off the Champs-Elysees. However, the most impressive part of our stay was the hotel staff. Their attention to detail was incredible. As soon as they found out it was my birthday, every staff member I encountered wished me Happy Birthday; every afternoon when I returned to the hotel there was a snack and well wishes written on the plate in icing. The staff was large enough to care for the guests but small enough that you learned some of them by name by the end of the stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
It was my second stay. The building is old and historic, has no high-tech features except wifi, but is well maintained. The room is clean. Especially the bathroom is perfectly clean and functional. The staff were all very kind.
One of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was so tiny I could barely manoeuvre. The bathroom wasn’t any better - I am not a big person and even so, I didn’t have more than an inch between my legs and the wall when sitting on the toilet. The blinds also do nothing - I had light pouring into my room at 6am each morning making it impossible to go back to sleep. Finally, I never got a fresh bottle of water replaced for each day. The location and the low level of noise in the hotel is a positive; but all in, very disappointing for what is supposedly a five star hotel.
Excellent service and staff, they saw to our every need. The bar was beautiful and comfortable and the bartenders were excellent. Beautiful hotel on the Champs elysee. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. I will absolutely return and will recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Paris. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel.
