How to Get There
A great stroke of luck to stay here. Clean and wonderful in every way. Concierge Anna was very helpful and friendly. We are a family of five; this was our first international trip. The penthouse suite was perfect for us - complete with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Plus, it's within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!
Right off the Champs Elysees, this wonderful little Hotel is Highly Recommended by Miss Fussy....me. Great quiet spot, really good beds, pillows, liens and towels. Uses Hermes Products in the Executive Rooms and up. It has a Wonderful suite with view of the Eiffel Tower off it's balcony. Great breakfasts !! lovely room, Top Service by professionals. Great pricing especially in Paris. Does not have the neighborhood, but just take a cab, uber or walk. It's a Great Base and so
It's nice to know that the same hotel staff is still there after 2 years. It tells you something about their service, a happy staff does not leave! Fortunately this happiness reflects in their guest services!
Hotel Keppler is a small, boutique hotel. No onsite restaurant and breakfast is not included. What you do get is a nice room, with superior bedding, fluffy towels, robes and slippers! Although the rooms are small, they are beautifully decorated and cozy.
There are 2 rooms with large balconies, one with a view of the Eiffel Tower which is awesome at night when the Tower lights up and every hour it sparkles with diamonds!
If you do want to dine in the room, breakfast is served and for dinner you have the option of either ordering from their in-room dining menu or asking Brinder or Shayman to bring up menus of Chinese, Thai, Moroccan... which they will deliver to your room along with linens and cutlery! All of restaurant choices are delicious!
The concierges at Keppler, Julian, Vincente, Ana and Philippe (Clefs d'Or) are very helpful with recommendations and helping you handle any unexpected problems with airlines, tours or shipping. They will also book airport transfers that you may need either arriving or departing the hotel.
If you've ever watched House Hunters you know that Paris flats are very small and very expensive. I find that for the price the Keppler, with a great location and elegant rooms is a very good value!
Also, you should go to Galleries Lafayette Haussmann, have fun and pick up a great wine and some fantastic delights for a picnic dinner! Very romantic!
We stayed at the Keppler for 3 nights, and were totally thrilled with our choice. Although it was our first visit there, it will not be our last. Although the hotel is located in a busy part of Paris, it is on a very quiet side street that is convenient and easily accessible. Every detail was perfect, it is a cosy, intimate and elegant hotel. The lobby and bar areas are beautifully decorated and are warm and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable, with wonderful linens and pillows. Toiletries were plentiful and very high quality. Breakfast was delicious, and served in a cheerful dining room. Above all, the staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. The entire staff, from the manager to the bartender, made our visit memorable. This is a beautiful gem in the midst of Paris where we felt at home. Our thanks to Rita, Vincent, Julien and all the others for making this such a fabulous trip. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Paris! Merci beaucoup!
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in March.
Renovated hotel, near Arc de Triomphe where you feel just like you live in Paris.
The architecture is just perfect, outside and out. Every detail is carefully chosen, from the doorstep to the roof top.
We have booked Superior Suite with balcony overlooking the Eiffel.
The room and the bathroom were very specious and perfect in every single way.
There is a water and sweets refill, daily. You can also use a nespresso machine, which I found great in the afternoon hours!
Breakfast is very good with good selection of fresh fruit, juices, eggs, croissants.... everything you need for the beginning of a great day in a great city!
Housekeeping is great. Restaurant and reception staff are above professional and made our stay really relaxing!
All in all, this was a great experience and we were very happy to have opportunity staying with You!
