Delightful Hotel in the Center of Paris
Reviewed 1 day ago

Stayed here for three nights and loved it. Due to Spire status got an upgrade to a slightly nicer room with a tiny balcony. The staff was terrific and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Free small sodas in the mini-fridge. There's a small wine bar in the lobby that was decent and the Rue Edouard VII location was perfect and quiet. The street is more like a small alley with no vehicle traffic allowed which makes it seem like an oasis from the busy streets and avenues less than 25 meters away.

The hotel has this cool phone called Handy which is in every room. It's a cellphone that uses 3G and is free to use for data or international calls. We had free data and sms with T-Mobile, but this phone was a lifesaver. You can even download Twitter/FaceBook/Instagram on it, though the camera is crap.

Great hotel, tucked away from the bustle of the city
Reviewed 2 days ago

We really enjoyed our time here and it was a great place to retreat back to after a long day of walking around the city. It is nestle on a side street in the Opera district so there is plenty of things to do around the hotel, but it is near two major metros you can get to wherever you need in a short period of time. Quiet room, very comfy.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Only critique was breakfast. It was a bit expensive and we got confused and ended up paying more because we were half asleep and didn't see the little breakfast buffet was part of the larger price. Oh well, still good though.

Wonderful hotel, chaotic weekend
Reviewed 2 days ago

I decided to visit Paris during the protests. Unfortunately, it was probably a bad weekend to see the city, however, Hotel Indigo made sure we left the hotel securely (and in time for our flight) on a weekend when public transportation was shut down. The front desk was so kind and very quick to answer any questions.

The breakfast was great, although we couldn't enjoy it our second morning as the trip was cut short.

There is a small fitness center which is perfect for people like me who want to work out while travelling.

The area itself is probably one of the best neighbourhoods in Paris. You can visit many sites on foot and you don't even need to take the metro.

We had a twin room with a balcony, which is probably lovely in summer, but we did not use it as the weather was quite bad.

The room itself was very large and modern. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, and another with a toilet.

Overall, thank you to Hotel Indigo for helping us during a chaotic weekend in Paris!

Parents 40th Wedding Anniversary- it had to be perfect!!
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I spent almost 2 weeks researching the perfect hotel in Paris for our parent’s 40th Wedding Anniversary. Something kept drawing me back to Hotel Indigo Paris Opera. The location, the light spacious bedrooms, the reviews. But above all, when I contacted the hotel, they couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. (Especially Charlotte at the front desk, she was so helpful) Our parents have just returned from a wonderful trip. They couldn’t compliment the hotel and staff enough. A huge heartfelt, and sincere thank you for making their 1st trip to Paris a fabulous and memorable one. I’m sure it won’t be their last. Thank you for arranging the hotel transfers ( driver was also wonderful). And finally, the cheeseboard and macaroons in their room on arrival, to congratulate them on 40 years was so kind. Would highly recommend Hotel Indigo Paris. Book it, you won’t regret it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
