How to Get There
We got a very good impression of the hotel Gaston.
Hotel is located very central and almost all sights can be reached on foot or by subway.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Room is small but nice and very clean.
Breakfast is sufficient.
At the next Paris Visit we will choose our hotel Gaston again.
Room is small but recently refurbished and clean. Comfy bed and a good shower. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee or tea in reception is a nice touch with paper cups to allow these to be taken to your room. Continental breakfast was absolutely fine. We had a rear facing room which was v quiet. location is 5 mins walk to railway station, 2 mins to bus stop, 10mins walk thru the village to metro. A wee bit out the way but priced accordingly. The small cafe on the corner sells metro/bus tickets, a pack of ten is 15euro. The village has a nice vibe on a Sunday morning which leads down to a flea market. Up at the railway station there is a newly developed area where there are modern bistros and cafes. This is Paris and for the money this is excellent
Very good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Great thing there is an elevator. Is in an amazing district with a number of delicious patisseries, boucheries, cheese shops, bread shops and other gastronomic delights down the street. Is an affluent quieter area.
The small bathroom and close quarters make things a bit difficult. Only a half screen on the shower with no way to prevent flooding the floor. The drain is right where you would put your feet but if you step on the drain it plugs and floods the floor even worse. No refrigerator in the room (no room). But there is an awesome opening window (trade off).
Nice rooms, clean and very helpful staff åt the desk !
Breakfest absolutely ok. Good Price for a Nice hotel in Paris! Will recomend it for my friends!
