How to Get There
I booked this boutique hotel through Qantas Hotels. It was my first time in Paris and I had no idea how accessible things would be from the hotel (11th arr). Turns out, it was very accessible. There are at least 3 stations within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and were kind enough to upgrade my room. I loved my room and just the whole ambiance of the hotel. I didn’t opt for the breakfast included option but tried it one morning. They had a good selection. They also have an honesty bar.
Consider this hotel for your next trip. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Hôtel Fabric!
Fantastic 4 nights at the Hotel Fabric at the end of August.
It was our first time in Paris and the hotel was the perfect base for the holiday.
The room was great and the bedroom bright and comfortable.
We had a third floor room at the front of the hotel.
We had breakfast at the hotel each day and that set us up nicely for the hours spent wandering around Paris.
The open plan reception, lounge and breakfast area is very comfortable and relaxing.
Hotel staff were all really helpful and took real pleasure in offering advice and directions.
Less than 5 minute walk to a couple of metro stations. Word of warning - be careful which exit you leave the metro station at night as they can take you to completely different streets to where you entered.
The area around the hotel felt safe at night and there are plenty of restaurants and bars covering most requirements and price ranges.
Supermarket next door was very convenient .
Good market about 5 mins walk on a Sunday and Thursday.
30 min stroll to get to the Louvre area.
Would stay at this hotel again when we next visit Paris.
Tip - take a drink & bite to eat down to the river bank in the evening and enjoy the view.
I decided to stay here for my second weekend visit to Paris.
My room was a superior room, but it felt rather small. I had a real problem with the bathroom space to put my toiletries, as it was very small.
Breakfast had quality ingredients, excellent decor in the lobby. But, missing a bit of atmosphere for me.
