fantastic hotel

the location is very good, fabulous hotel, the staff goes out of there way and a good breakfast for Paris. I have stayed many times and will continue to do so. the rooms are decorated nicely, Paris size, but because the ceilings are really high they are perfect.

Perfect peaceful getaway

Nice fancy decoration, very urban, indus. Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are well furnished, although not overly spacious.
Ideally located at the heart of the 11th in Paris, my favourite arrondissement in Paris
Defintely worth a couple of nights!

Outstanding boutique Hotel in the centre of Paris! There are three Metro stations close by which allows for easy access to the rest of the city and it is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops for all your needs. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very hip. Our room was spacious considering it was a city centre hotel, comfy bed, plenty of storage space and had an amazing bathroom! The breakfast was superb and kept us going all day. The Hotel offers water and amazing coffee which is free and a welcome refreshment after a long day exploring. There is also an honestly bar with the most delicious wines on offer. Finally, I believe the staff really make this hotel special. They were extremely friendly, helpful and offered recommendations on restaurants and bars that didn’t disappoint. Five stars all round!

We booked based on reviews and this was a great experience for us! The hotel looks very nice and we were happy with our room, a two story room with 2 single beds and one good sized bed. Loved how spacious the room was and the division between us and the kids was priceless. Even though we were together, the stairs separated us so we could watch tv upstairs while they were sleeping. There is a skylight in the room too that's automated, so we could get natural light and see sky, but also cover it when it was time for bed.

We enjoyed that water was left for us in the room, especially after a long day out. The breakfast was included as a part of our price and was great. Not a huge selection, but plenty of options for us including pastries, breads, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, fruit, etc. Also had a nice hot drink machine so we could have lattes in the morning.

My only critique would be that while it was just a few minute walk to the metro and a quiet neighborhood, it was the tiniest bit sketchy as far as some grafitti, trash, etc. I never felt unsafe, but it wasn't right in the town center or a fancy neighborhood. There is a grocery store next door which is really handy for snacks, but when we wanted to do dinner, there wasn't much choice nearby (although we did happen to find a great poke place- I highly recommend it!)

All in all, this place was a great value and I would recommend it!

Not just a hotel .... a fab city guide too

Hip hotels often let themselves down on the service side when staff are just too cool to be approachable. This is not the case with Hotel Fabric. We found the staff fantastic in all respects. Rooms are well designed to maximise efficiency of a small space; loved the decor and level of comfort. Bathrooms are super functional and the lounge area in ‘reception’ with complimentary coffee/tea is a welcoming environment. Particularly liked the spot on recommendations for things to do and places to eat.
