How to Get There
Best thing about this hotel is it’s location. Rooms are quite small, if you have more then 1/2 bags you are in a problem. Receptionist was strangely unkind and unhelpful. Didn’t even want to try food there because of unkind staff at that moment.
The hotel staff were super friendly and helpfull. The hotel room was nice and comfortable and it was clean every day, thanks to cleaner. The location was perfect. I absolutely recommend this hotel for everybody.
Do not stay in the old part of this hotel. The light in the hall is only activated with motion and there are very dark areas before the rooms. They turned off the heat/air conditioning the last two nights and my TV was limited to very few channels (earlier in the week they had all the channels). The location is very good and easy to walk to Champs Elysee. Breakfast is good. DO NOT STAY in old part of hotel. Nice people at front desk but did not move me to new part of hotel.
Overall a reasonable hotel but expensive for what you get the rooms were so small it’s hard to move around, the concierge was good having said that.
Very expensive for 269 euros must be better value somewhere
Stunning location and was so super excited in going there but it was under renovation and so many of the areas were closed. Would have liked to be notified of the upgrades of the bar, restaurant and reception as the pictures on the web page did not show this. But my room was good and comfortable, but would consider going back as the staff were extremely amazing.
