How to Get There
Everyone was very friendly and the rooms are very clean. A good stay close to the most of the stores you’d want to visit. The gym is also good and the sweet bar was also nice addition. Breakfast is also very good
Small room. To small bed and bathroom. The shower and everything was minimal. I had no space for the hand luggage. What if some one has a large suet case or maybe to people with luggage. That would be definitely a problem.
There was a small lift and hall to the rooms. It was build for earning money and not guest and friendly. The restaurant was during the breakfast fully. Some people ( not me) had no place. The restaurant is not build for the number off the guest.
The best thing was the location. But the price is very high compared to other hotels in the area and what you get. I travel many time around the global world and also to Paris. The reason ( for the small rooms) they give me at there reception was because this is Paris :(.
Off course is this a crazy answer on my serious question and complain.
We are a family of five and stayed there fro 3 nights. The staff is helpful and friendly but the rooms are dark (black painted walls) and very small. They are also not the cleanest. The hotel is continent in its location with the train station being about a block away. Overall our stay was good since we didn’t spend much time in our room or the hotel.
Very good location around the corner of the famous Champs Elysee, nice rooms.
Only things is that they didn’t respond to any online communication. Not to e-mail or there own online forms.
Call if you have qeustions
I had traveled with my mother for a nice trip in Paris. Upon arrival at 3 pm, our room was not ready, even though when we came at 12 pm earlier to drop off our suitcase and were told to come back at 3pm, the receptionist (tall guy with glasses) told us that it would be another 25- 30 minute wait. We had to use the room urgently and asked for any other available rooms, the same receptionist looked frazzled and kept on swearing ‘PUTAIN PUTAIN’ in front of me and my mother. How is this a professional behaviour in a 4 star hotel? It was very rude and disrespectful. Our room was 256 and we had the worst night sleep because there is a very loud bar outside the hotel and it was playing music until 1 am in the morning. The location was good but definitely did not enjoy our stay
