On a peaceful Paris street, moments from the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, Hotel Balmoral is perfectly placed for exploring the city’s best sights. Located in a 19th-century Haussmann-style building, the hotel has plenty of period features, including wrought iron balconies and a small courtyard garden. The sleek lobby (which doubles as the bar) is a mix of elegance and contemporary decor; expect plush cream sofas, patterned cushions, a modern firepit and abstract sculptures. The spacious guestrooms are decked out in silky peach-cream tones, while bright scatter pillows (in oranges, yellows and sea-blues) keep things stylish. Descamps bed linens add a touch of luxury; opt for a higher category room for views of the courtyard and plush Egyptian cotton bathrobes.
In the Area
Hotel Balmoral is within walking distance of plenty of iconic Paris neighborhoods and sights. Climb the nearby Arc de Triomphe for an unparalleled view of Paris’s main axis, which runs from the courtyard of the Louvre to La Défense. Also close by is the Champs-Elysées, full of popular boutiques and stores; make time for some world famous macarons from the beautiful Ladurée patisserie. At night take your nearest and dearest for a meal at the celebrated Fouquet’s restaurant. A favorite with Parisian celebs, including the current president, it maintains the standards of its glorious past.
How to Get There
Just stayed at the hotel Balmoral for three nights with my sister. From the word go all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size and the bathroom was as well .
The hotel is in a great position and very near the metro. I would definitely recommend staying here.
I have to say, Paris is full of boutique hotels but when you discover a gem, it’s a shame to keep to yourself. This 4-star boutique hotel is located minutes from champs-Alysee and is quite the star of many hotels I have stayed at in my life. It is small, near many restaurants and bars yet on a quiet street and as you step in, the lobby immersed in art and beautiful style grabs your immediate attention. The service is spectacular and the rooms are beautiful. Literally, if this hotel had a gym, it should win several awards fro overall perfection. The beds and rooms are beautifully designed also with a lot of art also with a big window - don’t miss it if you go to Paris. A hotel like this should be enjoyed!
The hotel is luxurious, the room are clean, modern and have amazing bed where you can sleep like a baby. I was in a quiet room where no noise can be heard which was fantastic as I cannot sleep in noisy place, breakfast delicious but most of all so nice people at the front desk, people helping with luggage and breakfast serving. Polite nice very refreshening! I would go back at this hotel anytime. No need to say that you are so close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees and all major landmarks in Paris!
The staff is very courteous, the rooms are cozy and comfy, comfy, great location, 1 minute walk from Triumph Arch right where the airport buses arrive and depart. Super convenient! And last but not least, they lend you bikes! Riding a bike in the Bois de Boulogne was a wonderful experience.I will definitely come back with my family.
We only stayed here one night but wished we stayed longer. The hotel location is great and rooms are clean. The reception staff are super friendly and very attentive.
Would definitely stay here again :-D
