How to Get There
We stayed at this absolutely amazing suite which has the best view over the port! The room was huge and had a Soundsystem in every room where you could hear beautiful hand picked songs or radio. The breakfast was delicious and I am already missing Goralska Residences!
We just spent a wonderful three nights in the Goralska Residences in Paris with many family members over the New Year and thought it was perfect. In such a great central location looking over a canal and just a few yards to the Seine the rooms are very light and thoughtfully designed with everything you could want and the staff could not have done more to provide everything we could have wanted.
What a lovely hotel! To start, the suites are large and spacious and well appointed. The kitchenette and living area were so nice and all the extra space was much appreciated. Even the coffeemaker and iPad with automated lights and local information were great. And the in-room breakfast too!
The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Emilie who helped us figure out how to explore Paris safely during one of the demonstrations last Saturday.
Great location too - we walked all over and I love having a view of the water from our room.
We spent the weekend at the Goralska residences and it was amazing.
From the concierge service which helped us pre book all the restaurants before we even arrived to Paris to the staff who was very inviting, polite and was there to help us in every thing we needed.
The breakfast which was served to our room was fresh and delicious (nothing like eating breakfast in your pyjamas).
The hotel's location is a walking distance from the La Maris shopping district and few minutes walk from the Metro.
We had a an amazing experience and the family hotel really made us feel like we are at home.
We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.
Overall experience at the hotel was actually good. Service staff was polite and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Location was near bastille, was alright. The front desk had also kindly extended our check out time to 2pm instead of 12noon as our flight was at 9.30pm. However, we were running slightly late and lights/electricity was cut off at 2.30pm! We know the fault lies with us as we are late, but shutting down the electricity was just plain rude. A simple phone call to the room would have been appreciated. We are seasoned travelers and never once in our travel, had any hotel shut off the lights/electricity on us. We stayed for 8 nights in the royal suites and this should not be tolerated for a 4 stars hotel. Although overall experience was good, we will not be returning to this hotel simply of this incident. Don't fancy getting chase out again.
