Wondeful!
Reviewed 21 hours ago

I stayed for my birthday trip in September. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong with this hotel! Mr. Renato, who works at the front desk is the absolute best, he helped with any\all questions with a smile every time. The train station is across the street, and there's plenty of restaurants and shopping places within walking distance. The only negative is that there's no complimentary breakfast, what they have you must pay extra. I also purchased some of my attraction tickets at the front desk.

Great Location and Good Comfort

Nice cosy hotel, our room had a great view could see the "Eiffel Tower" that was level 6, I'll say rooms 601-605 have the Eiffel Tower view. Rooms was modern and very clean. The beds was comfy and the bathroom was spotless, receptionist was very helpful during our stay- Made dinner reservations for us and advised where to go etc.. First Hotel is very good for location (right next to the metro line 6 and you can connect to anywhere) 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Overall me and my friend had a good experience and would stay again- The only issue we had was the choice of breakfast, no variety or options for Vegetarians. The hotel need to revise their breakfast menu.

Convenience to Eiffel tower. Friendly and helpful staff members. The place is very near to local shops and restaurant. The area is safe especially if you have kids. The hotel is near the Cambronne station. Very easy to navigate. Near the franpix convenience store.

4 Stars??? Give me a break!
Reviewed 1 week ago

I have no idea how this hotel came to its 4-star rating. Must be self-rated or otherwise obtained through a nontransparent process. Rooms are tiny but from looking at the evacuation map in my room I actually discovered that I had one of the larger rooms. I had room 104 in the first floor which is supposed to be wheel-chair accessible. True is that the bathroom was rather large. Other than that a view into the backyard, tiny room, no phone or room service, but still a rate which would buy you 40 sqm suite in other countries. So don't be fooled by the pictures. A small sachet of nuts cost you EUR 7, full ripp-off. Safe so small that it does not fit a laptop. I really have no idea how this can be a four star property. 1 to 2 stars at best. On the positive side: staff friendly and helpful, opposite the metro station.
