Rude staff

The hotel was in a nice location and we had a beautiful french balcony type window with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were small, but clean. It has a boutique style charm to it. The only problem we experienced was with the rude, dismissive front desk staff. On one of the days our tour guide went inside to ask for ice for the champagne in the back of the car. He told us that the front desk person didn't believe that he was asking for a guest and went out from behind his desk, looked at us sitting in the back of the car and said that we were not guests of the hotel. If you ask them to call a cab for you, they roll their eyes. The lobby is so small and it's uncomfortable when you leave and return and the guy behind the desk won't even look up to say hello. Hopefully this cute little hotel will fix the staffing problems soon

Birthday In Paris!

In all honesty, we could not fault our stay in this hotel! From the moment we walked in upon arrival, the atmosphere was friendly and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. Our check in was with Prince, who throughout our stay constantly went above and beyond to help us with anything big all small, he always made time. The staff in general were all lovely, but Prince stood out to us.

The hotel is immaculate, cleaners in our room everyday, the lobby and food bar couldn’t be any cleaner! The rooms were lovely and all kept in very good condition!

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and are already in talks to come back at some point again.

Thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to insure our stay was magical and a HUGE thank you to Prince for everything you did for us this stay!

Cannot fault this hotel- if you want your stay in Paris to be beautiful, come to this hotel!

EXACTLY what we wanted

Loved this place. The most magical part was the balcony with a view. Check in was with Prince. Honestly, he made the hotel stay the best. We had a tough few days before we arrived to Paris. Prince mentioned we had a surprise waiting for us in our room when we checked in. We had rose pedals scattered around the bed as well as a welcome card from him. We were so happy to have been treated so well. When we went off into the city, Prince offered us a map with some landmarks as well as an umbrella to take with us.

The other staff members were okay throughout the rest of our visit, however, not as welcoming as we would expect at a hotel like this. On our way out, we met with Patrick, who helped us with our bags and offered a cab. He was also very kind and welcoming.

The only con was the dark hotel room. Although it was very aesthetically pleasing, the black carpet, black walls, and dim lighting, made it very difficult for us to find our black clothes at night. (We pack a lot of black). We had to make sure we sorted out our clothes during the day light as to not lose anything in the room.

Overall, this is where I want to stay every time I came to Paris. Location is great and near the metro. We came back to the hotel late night every night, and there was never any safety concerns in this neighborhood.

Thank you for a great stay!
