Charming hotel
Reviewed 6 days ago

We stayed in the Champs Elysee for 3 nights between the 16th and 19th of March . Unfortunately our first day there coincided with the riots on the Champs Elysee so it took us a long time to get to the hotel and as the trouble was a short distance from us it was very unsettling. Once we got to the hotel and were safely inside we felt very secure and the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The hotel itself is oldstyle Parisoan chic , just 35 rooms and very cozy and beautifully decorated. The rooms were very comfortable, tastefully decorated , superking comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities and beautiful big bathroom with huge jacuzzi bath and shower. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely attentive . The food in the restaurant was excellent but the alcohol in bar was vety expensive, about 25 euro for a gin and tonic so we stuck to wine . Thankyou to Kuldeep and all the staff for looking after us so well.

Nice hotel, small changes could make it perfect!

The location is perfect. 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes from the Champs Elysee.
From check-in to seeing our room, we were impressed. The executive room was larger than we expected and the bathroom, shower and Jacuzzi bath were lovely. The shower in particular was super powerful. Good quality products are also provided.
The breakfast selection was vast and we enjoyed it however do note my feedback below.

There are a couple of small changes I would encourage for this 5 star hotel to really hit the mark.

1. Complimentary water should be made available in the room, even if just for the first day. The small bottle for 8 Euros in the mini bar was excessive. Luckily we popped to the store a few doors down where we got a 2 litre bottle for 3 Euros.
2. The breakfast selection was lovely and vast, but charging for eggs / omelettes was something I have not seen before. Scrambled eggs were provided in the buffet but this is not to everyone's taste.
3. Not sure if this is possible to resolve but we could hear the boiler / bath / shower from the room beside or above us. It would awake up from our sleep but not sure if it was just room 37.

Unfortunately we were in Paris during the riots on 16th March and I really really want to praise the staff as we were all petrified. The tear gar and smashed windows of the hotel were handled superbly and I commend the Staff's Management and care of the guests. I really appreciate it.

Great Place to Stay. Excellent Location

Stayed at two Junior Suites from 1-3rd and then 7th-11th of March. Room No. 24 was beautifully done and extremely spacious.

The Front Desk team and bell boys are exceptional. They are extremely polite and go out of the way to help. Since my stay in paris was split in two, I requested the hotel to store my luggage from the 3rd to 7th which they happily agreed to. When I checked in on the 7th my luggage was already there in my room and the check in process din't even take 5 mins. It is probably less than 500m from Champs Elysees ( 3-4 min walk)

My wife is a vegetarian so we did not use the restaurant here much, they couldn't do much for that, so can't comment about the lunch and dinner but the place is surrounded by plenty of options to eat.

Breakfast is the one thing I would change at this place. They don't serve anything hot, I usually prefer a hot breakfast. Omelets are available but they are not included in the Breakfast Spread ( additional charge) which kind of seems ridiculous.

Breakfast Staff ( during my stay from 1-3rd) seemed lazy and slightly rude. However, we din't seem to face this problem from 7-11th.

All and all a great stay, will highly recommend it, for the room and location and the impeccable service of the front desk team.

Eclectic. Boutique. Absolute Gem!

21/02/2019 - I can confirm from he entry to the exit point this hotel has been impeccable with their service, accommodation and tour guide. My husband and I, were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary by revisiting Paris, our previous stay was at The Ritz Paris however this time we preferred a boutique hotel for privacy and less foot traffic.

Beautifully styled, restaurant is lovely, short-walk to Champs Elysees and parks.

Junior suite in room 22 located on level 2 was brilliant. Comfy king size bed, nice view of the street and other adjoining gorgeous buildings. The room itself was very spacious for two adults. Bathroom was amazing, after a long day of exploring it was lovely to come back to a jacuzzi. Bathroom also has a separate shower with a raindrop shower head and again spacious. Separate powder room which is great for some privacy.

High ornate ceiling with period features in mint condition.

Stay away ! They have ruined my whole stay . in Paris !!
First of all my 1500 euro in cash has disappeared from the table , we had a horrible quarrel with my wife as I taught she has lost this in the town , we set a case at the police station , and told about our problem to the hotel staff , next day after the dinner while we came back from the room 1500 euro was in the sejf ... Never again ! Their service hate Americans !!!
