How to Get There
Our stay was better than expected. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was well equipped and our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite an experience, specially the great shower.
The only minor thing I would change was having the coffee supplies replenished every day. We made coffee one day and exhausted the coffee limited supplies and never again they were replenished.
Nice hotel with small but cosy room. Staff is very helpful and nice. Location is great, only fee mins from public transport. Perfect for a short business trip.
The elevater surprized me, it is very-very tiny, could not even believed that such an elevator can exist.
This is a very nice hotel in a quite neighborhood. You are close to the tram/metro/RER stations. European rooms, very efficient and cozy. The staff are excellent and go beyond to make your stay great. Highly recommend this hotel.
It's a really nice hotel, small but with everything you need.
Breakfast with good and fresh products. The bedroom was small but complete with everything, also a nespresso coffe machine.
The only thing was the receptionist different from the one I was in contact with for the driver to the airport who didn't know the price agreed and to whom I had to pay (hotel or driver).
Best Western in France is usually nice so I booked this hotel because of its proximity to my conference. I arrived after a grueling 5 hours of traveling, the last hour on my feet, carrying luggage in crowded metros at rush hour. I was exhausted and dying to put my bags down and put my feet up.
Unfortunately, I arrived at 8pm, which was the changing of the guards at the front desk. The check in guy asked for my name and saw that my room was prepaid and only for 1 night. instead of spending 15 seconds and just handing me my key, he asked me to wait while he transferred all his shift information to the night guy. I was made to feel like I came at an inconvenient time and should wait until they are good and ready for me. They spent the next 5 minutes talking about minute details and stacks of paper and finally the night shift guy put on his name tag, asked me for my name and gave me a key. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! When will the French learn that when you work in the hospitality industry, the guests are the priority and not an inconvenience.
The room was very nicely decorated and spacious by French standards. The bathroom was clean and well appointed, big fluffy towels which I love. I had windows that open for fresh air. The bed was comfortable and the sheets very luxurious.
Such a shame the check in was such a bad experience.
