This refined hotel well deserves its prime position, just moments from the Champs-Elysées. Hotel Atala embodies all what a boutique hotel should be, from the hidden winter garden, which offers an inviting respite from the city’s pulse, to the tranquil lounge, a chic space in which to start the day over breakfast. Hotel Atala takes art as inspiration for its eclectic interiors, with works from Paulista artist Lisa Pappon, lithographs from Picasso and work from Mathieu Detaint. These are just some of the pieces on display. Guest rooms draw from these creative roots, with a modish design that pays a perfect complement to the array of modern touches. Some Classic rooms come complete with balconies, which offer views over Sacré Coeur and Montmartre, while Superior rooms are larger and come with a sofa bed. Deluxe rooms pop, with accents of vibrant color. When you’re ready to step out, take a leisurely walk to your pick of museums within a roughly half-hour stroll, and continue your art-filled journey through Paris.
In the Area
Hotel Atala is situated just a few-minute stroll from the iconic Champs-Elysées. This prime address leaves you within easy reach of the city’s sights – you could take a leisurely 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, or it’s just 15 minutes on foot to the Grand Palais. Gard du Nord train station is under half an hour away by train.
How to Get There
We visited this hotel for one night last week on a quick trip to Paris, it’s just a short walk from tue Champs Elysees, the boutique hotel is lovely, rooms are nicely decorated and the outdoor area was a lovely place to sit and relax after a busy day sightseeing.
The thing that stood out most about the hotel was the reception staff. I didn’t get the name of the lady that checked us in but she was really friendly and helpful. She even swapped the rooms around so she could get us checked in when we arrived at 10am.
My only negative comment would be the hairdryer was tiny, a took forever to dry my hair. Not that this had any impact on the enjoyment of our stay or would it deter us from returning to the hotel.
I just come back from this beautiful boutique hotel! My partner surprised me for my birthday and he couldn’t do better:a suite with a terrace facing the Eiffel tour!! We stayed there for three nights and the room was done everyday first in the morning. The room was fully renovated, beautifully decorated Art Deco, lovely colors, without carpet (I hate carpets in rooms) big, spacious and with a big bathroom with tub and douche à l italiene. But the hotel not only has it strong point on this suite with terrace but on its staff: they were all lovely, super friendly, helpful and welcoming you always with a smile. Special mention and greeting to Helen who helped a lot my boyfriend during the booking process, being very efficient and reacting very fast. During our stay I had the pleasure to meet her and I really understood the good comments he made about her. In four days they make you feel like at home! Last but not least the location couldn’t be better: two steps from champs Elysées in a very calm street. I am already counting down the days to get back to my new home in Paris!!!!
Just back from a 2 night stay at the hotel Atala. Hotel was stylish and clean. The room was lovely and overlooking the garden (the garden has brilliant seating areas)
The staff are really helpful and the location was spot on - 2 minute walk to arc. Would stay again and highly recommend.
Great location in Paris next to Champs Elysse. It is a renovated and clean hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights in April - May 2018 and it was a good experience for us. Definitely kind staff. We would recommend here for sure.
We were staying at the hotel for 4 nights and had a room in the 7th flood with a nice view to the Sacre-Coeur. The hotel is located in a very quite area however 2 mins walk from the Champs-Elysees.
Room was great with a large bath, breakfast was delicious and above all was a friendly and helpful staff that did absolutely everything to make our stay in Paris enjoyable.
Highly recommended hotel!
