How to Get There
I don’t recommend this hotel, you can get much better one on this price range. Staffs are not friendly, never apologize. Don’t trust pictures on the website, suit are so small and kitchen is not useful you have no room to sit and eat. Beds are sofa bed and mattress was awful, we all got terrible back pain! The worst was drain smell and they even did not accept at first that bathroom has problems, I found out they knew that problem exists but still rent that room to us for top dollar. We spent 3 nights in that smelly suite till they accepted to change our room.
Locality of the hotel was good , Just few minutes from metro which could get you to Champ De Eleeys within 15 minutes so that was good and quite there is a quaint little village with a few shops and boutique shops.
Hotel was nice, room was smaller than expected but it was adequately filled with everything you would need, Balcony was overlooking an office block which felt they could look directly into your room which was slightly off putting but the staff were very pleasant and it was my birthday and they came and delivered a little birthday goody bag which was a lovely surprise.
All in all its nice enough for a one or two night stay and there is a fantastic park a few minutes away that was lovely for chilling out in the sun or having picnic or an evening walk
Apartment Hotel is ok.
I experienced that the air condition did NOT work very well.
During the stay of 5 nights i think there was some bugs arround, because at the end I had some red spots on my skin.
Maybe someone should checkup, I saw some small creeps too.
We spent 3 nights there and the experience is not as good as we expected for a 4-starred Accor hotels and apartments. It has a great location next to Metro station, many food options as well as some shopping. There is a huge park nearby which is a big advantage for people who has youbg children. That's all we like about it. Our apartment is a small one and nothing special about it for us to extend our stay. Although I guess they try to make the lobby to be like "home and friendly" but I really dont like it because it looks a bit messy. Staffs are just ok, could be better if they want to make more effort to be profesional.l, especially housekeeping staffs.
Hope they will improve more because there are so much more potential and benefits about their location.

Always asking for extra money. Apartments out of 4 we had smelt like raw sewerage house keeping obviously don't check to ensure the next guest can use the safe or ensure that the shower head doesn't spray water everywhere when you go to have a shower after 30 hours flying.
Staff are rude and don't know what they are doing they couldn't find my 1st reservation and then said the Apartment hadn't been paid for which it had.
Then they refund as they knew they'd overcharged me and then say they refunded to much. I stayed at the Apartments on 3 separate occasions as we were using Paris as a base as my son and his French girlfriend live nearby, on each occasion when checking in for our next stay, even though I'd paid for the Apartment up front they were saying that I owed more money, I feel they were going by the exchange rate and if that changed then they wanted more.
The final Apartment we stayed in was the last straw for this establishment when they put us next to apartments that they were working on. I was woken by drilling works every morning and during the day it was unbearable to be in the Apartment even just to watch TV. The staff couldn't care less when I complained about the noise coming from the works, they shouldn't have had these 2 apartments in operation while doing works as there was a tripping hazard due to them having plastic on the floor.
Don't book any Adagio as they have not responded to my email 4 mths on.
