How to Get There
My wife and I recently stayed at The Grove and it was an unforgettable experience. I called and talked to Liv (I believe that is who I talked to) and she was absolutely wonderful. I let her know that we were coming for my wife's birthday and was able to request a room on a higher floor as well as an early check-in. Both items she said were dependent on availability but when we got there, guess what we got... both items!
And, to top it off the wonderful folks there surprised my wife with a little special something in our room for her birthday. We come to Boise often enough and from now on we will only be staying in one hotel, The Grove. Thank you all so much for your amazing hospitality, you definitely make our stays an experience.
Oh, and I do not want to forget giving props to Bret (sp?) who greeted us and Kayla (sp?) at the front desk who was absolutely wonderful. I should probably also mention the amazing breakfast they have there as well. Great location, service, and food - can't beat that!
Please and sorry are nice, but following through on website and third party booking source information is nicer. I would be cautious booking this hotel based on the fitness club and spa or other amenities advertised.
The hotel is nicely decorated and appears to be an older hotel that has been updated. Our room was comfortable, quiet and had a view of the public plaza. The self-park was convenient right underneath the hotel. We liked that we could park the car and walk to places including dinner. I had a little issue and the hotel staff was quick to take care of it. They were very nice.
