Nice boutique hotel. Good staff, airport shuttle and room. Breakfast cafe in lobby was good but only open 7-3. I had a drink at Chandlers, the fine dining restaurant next door. Nice atmosphere. My only complaint was the machinery humming noise in my room. It wasn’t coming from the room a/c or mini fridge, the usual suspects. I asked the front desk about it and they said it was probably the overall HVAC system. It probably is not something that most people would hear.

I got used to it, but I would not stay her again.

Great hotel!

Great hotel in downtown Boise! Booked a room to stay the night after a night out downtown and made it very convenient for us! Reception staff were lovely, quick and efficient. They were happy to hold our bags after checkout as we explored the Saturday market downtown. Would recommend for a short stay or extended trip as well.

We arrived over an hour before the listed check in time and the front desk was very was nice, they not only had a room available early but also upgraded us to a very nice suite. The suite was lovely, very quiet and plush. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The staff made us feel right at home.

Conference

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A short 5 minute walk to Boise Center for the Conference made it ever easier.

A Trader Joe’s was around the corner and the shuttle driver also took me to a sister hotel that was across the street from a Whole Foods Market.

The hotel bed was exceptionally comfortable and the WIFI in the room worked well.
