How to Get There
this was a nice but older hotel, it was close to the train station, but a bit further from the city center. Regardless, it was a nice stay, no complaints. The Wuhan area is divided into three separate districts making up the greater Wuhan city. Each district has it's own distinct attractions, such as food, residential, commercial interests. On my next stay, I may get closer to Wuhan city center area.
The hotel is conveniently located, just at the central of the city, the old town area. The new Shangri-la tower is under construction beside the old tower. The hotel has a nice atmosphere with great services. Worthbto mention, the staff at the horizon club is very helpful and super friendly. Nicole, Terra, Ashely, and Vincent. They are all very nice and friendly. A great experience to stay in Shangri-la Wuhan.
The hotel has the legendary Shangri-la hospitality which I love - from the concierge, staff in the lobby (Tommy and Miko), each member in Horizon Club (Angela, Ashley, Tony and all the names I do not remember) could not do enough! They were gracious, warm and friendly. The rooms are plush and well appointed - although belong to the old world charm. I was upgraded to the Horizon Club which was great - they ensured I get vegetarian dishes and each staff remembered my special dietary requirements - completely flawless. Highly recommend.
Wuhan Shangri La is very good . I’d like to recommend Wuhan Shangri La to my friends and colleague. And, hotel staffs are very good to us customers.
I think Wuhan Shangri La is much better than Tokyo Shangri La.
