How to Get There
Upon arrival the bell staff (Edgan, Sean, Ian, Leo and Leo, Fonte, Lyal, Ben, George, Jordan were all OUTSTANDING! Upon our arrival at the front desk Bonnie was OUTSTANDING!! Our two bedroom suite was great!! The pool was lots of fun with the exception of not enough lounges with umbrellas to find some break from the sun. The towels are large and flufy. Love the pizza and Aloha Friday bar-b-q.
Housekeeping do a great job and cleaning the suite and the suite is nicely appointed. If there is a need, Housekeeping takes good care of you. Thank you for the rollaway bed!!
The resort is beautiful and within walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants. They've thought of every possible comfort you might need and provided it! Kitchenette with electric skillet, microwave, dishwasher, full place settings/utensils makes eating in possible! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, fun environment! They have the most comfortable pool loungers I've ever experienced with full cushions; you can BYOB! Enjoy volleyball, the hot tub, a water slide, and a nightly sunset celebration. Easy location to get to all the popular sites. Don't miss the happy hour at the pool restaurant from 2-5 and again later in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and I would go again!
I am beyond frustrated with the way Diamond has treated me as an owner. We booked our vacation over a year ago AT OUR HOME PROPERTY. That we paid extra to be deeded into. AFTER we checked in and fully unpacked a family of SIX we were informed via a phone call answered by my teenage son that we would only have our room for a portion of our stay and we would need to pack up and move mid way through...
WE WERE INFORMED THE ROOM WE WERE PUT INTO BELONGED TO OWNERS WHO HAD BEEN DEEDED A SPECIFIC ROOM (the one we were put into).
Not only was this not disclosed at checkin it was not disclosed when we Purchased the timeshare.
The hotels solution was to “gift” us a $100 Mahalo certificate for effectively ruining a good bit of our vacations. Now mind you to get you in the door to hear a timeshare presentation they will offer you a full week vacation and a dinner at a 5 star restaurant. But once they have you in the “ Diamond Family” they will not take care of you one bit.
They simply do not care at all they have ruined my last summer vacation with my son before he graduates next year. And added undue stress to what was supposed to be a stress free time in Maui.
I highly advise against buying in with this shady company. I am going to have a chat with all the prospective buyers I see while I am here and let them know exactly how they will be treated if they buy in to this company.
