family stay

very friendly, helpful and polite staff, extremely comfortable hotel, fantastic breakfast. As a family of 6 we easily ubered in and out of Paris. would definitely stay there again. The kids also loved the place and we all looked forward to returning 'home' after long days out.

Far away from paris city center and main attraction

the stay was very good the staff friendly and helpful housekeeping is very good I recommend for people who have business trip around Suresnes area but not recommended for tourism trip as it is far away from main attractions and you need to take more than one ride to reach city center which take a long time and efforts and too much walking to reach the hotel after long day.

good location poor service

i am very frequently in this hotel being close to my work place, close to bus station 144 and to tramway line 2,close to centre ville with everything you need...
restaurant is nice
yet housekeeping is horrible, they put my sweating sleeping wear inside my luggage every day, i started to put the do not disturb sign to avoid the disturbance they do for my things as it is better than having my room attended, i believe i will change the bad habit of having my accomodation in this hotel, as I had same experience with houskeeping before but i forgot,
number of employees is very low, and during night gusts are infront of their rooms shouting and screaming this is really horrible..

Good Stay at a Good neighbourhood

We stayed few nights at this hotel, very good location near la defense and convenient access to all major public transportations systems like bus, metro, train and tram from la defense. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, there are many good places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nearby Mont Valerian is an excellent location to have a nice view of Paris, the American soldiers cemetery is adjacent also on Mont Valerian.

comfortable rooms & excellent service at a decent price

Stayed there for couple of nights. Staff was friendly and helpful, and room was very comfortable. I love tea and requested them to provide more than one english breakfast saches, but they perhaps forgot. Disposable cups for tea were not the best, I suggest management to provide decent tea cups/mugs in the rooms.
For travellers/guests, it's a decent hotel and you get good value for money. To reach the hotel on public transport, you will need to get on the Bus#144 from La De'fense. It's only a 15 minute bus ride. Once you figure out the public transport, you can comfortably move around from hotel to La Defense and onwards to most of the historic locations/monuments.
