Comparing with “Novotel Zurich Airport Messe” a week before was too much different.
Comfortable and quiet room where I have enjoyed many great nights sleep, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Located close to Suresnes center with many restaurants and bars, but located down a quiet side street with not much traffic.
Room is excellent room service ok nothing to say than I woke up early because of good bed... LOL
It is a city hotel but well located.everyone in staff is very professional. Thanks to everyone.I recommend the room service.
We stayed at at this hotel for 4 nights as we spent NYE’s in Paris. This hotel is in a fabulous location, 10 minutes walk to the train station (bus stop is closer) with easy links to both central Paris and Disneyland. The hotel is nice, very reasonably priced and well presented. The reception staff are extremely friendly especially one who was working NYE when we checked in she couldn’t do enough for us. We paid for breakfast one day, although nice a little overpriced although normal hotel prices. We stayed in a family room which was a little small but adequate. We couldn’t get the air con to work properly and the room was quite hot but other than that we were happy especially with the mattress on the bed it was very comfortable. All in all a good stay and would happily go back.
My mom stayed at this hotel between 12 and 14 December in room 507. On 13 December she forgot the wallet inside the suitcase in the room and after departure on 14 December she noticed there are 250 euros missing from the wallet (all the money she had, but the cards and other documents were still there). She had the wallet with her at all times except for some hours that day.
Whilst the hotel most likely doesn’t take accountability for this sort of situations, I do believe it is important for other travelers to know that even though this is a fairly respected chain of hotels, their cleaning staff is clearly not to be trusted.
