How to Get There
We have stayed here during our trip to India, The impeccable service started the moment we arrived the hotel. Aa soon as entered the lobby we were greeted by name and immediately escorted to our spacious hotel room.
The check in experience in the room was a breeze, the rooms are very luxurious and comfortable, bathroom was very well maintained.
361 - Breakfast restaurant was spacious, has very tall ceiling glass throughout and comfortable seating. You can enjoy all buffet as well as order items from the menu as well. Special thanks to chef MANISH for sending food to our room and RAJAT for delivering beyond 5 star service in the 361 breakfast dining room.
We had dinner in Indian Restaurant called Amaranta - we had a lovely meal with interesting menu choices, waiter was very friendly and helpful.
Special thanks to SHRUTI for room decoration, & cake was scrumptious and AMIT for all your help during our stay at Oberoi.
We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else if we find ourselves again in Delhi.
I spent 5 years working in luxury hotels and the Oberoi delivered an experience that exceeded my expectations. I was particularly amazed by a housekeeper Manoj who noticed that I had pictures of my family around my room, and took the time to individually frame each of them along with a handwritten note. Everyone at the Oberoi delivers an exceptional level of service and I cannot wait to return!
Superb hotel. The premium room is amazing. Spacious. Great amenities in the room. Ordered inroom dining and the food was out of this world. Got them to pick me up from the airport and nice luxury pick up from the airport. The staff were amazing and the buffet breakfast was awesome. Had drinks at the piano bar and trust me the cocktails can be breathtaking.
We unfortunately only had one night at this most magnificent five star hotel. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport . It has the most magnificent reflective pool about twice the size of an Olympic pool. We were upgraded to a suite and it was perfect. The furniture was very comfortable and the bed second to none. Dining was excellent at the 361 and the only disappointment was speed to deliver a split bill with our friends. Definitely love to stay here again.
Had stayed here on 2 separate occasions within a few days of each other so we could take a flight in and out of the Delhi international airport. On both occasions we arrived to the hotel fairly late so did not have the opportunity to explore much of the hotel. I will tell you the service we received both times was exceptional. I was not feeling well and they sent up a get well soon plate w dessert as well as a card. The next time I was looking for a pharmacy and they found it and even went to pick up what I needed and happily delivered it to my room. Both times they packed us a boxed breakfast so we could have on our early morning departures from the hotel. Really like the feel and look of the hotel. Very modern and up dated. Cost beds for sure. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was massive and beautiful ! Very impressed. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of us and being so attentive to us!
