Overview

A half-board escape to idyllic Halkidiki in northern Greece, with welcome treats included

The Lowdown

Elea Village occupies a prime spot of Greece’s coastline. Set into the hillside and surrounded by palms and pines, you can expect wonderful views over the Toroneos Gulf and a set of staff that repeatedly receive rave reviews for their attentive and friendly service. An outdoor pool provides the perfect excuse for a refreshing dip, with plenty of loungers for a day of pure chilling.
Head to the tennis court to work up a satisfying sweat or explore the area with an afternoon cycle ride – both are on offer at Elea Village. All this, set within the verdant surrounds of northern Greece, a short way from the protected natural park of Dragoudeliou – Karra.

Rooms

Rooms are comfortable and come with a terrace area, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Each looks out over the Toroneos Gulf.

Dining

A bountiful buffet is served over breakfast, lunch and dinner, adorned with carved fruit centre pieces and exotic flowers for a truly tempting display. There’s also a pool bar, with refreshments and snacks.

Location

Elea Village is located in Sithonia Halkidiki, on the coast of Elia. The villages of Nikiti and Neos Marmaras are 10 and 12 kilometres away respectively and offer a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel overlooks the Toroneos Gulf and is just under 50 miles from Thessaloniki Airport.

Another enjoyable stay
TeodorStefan

It’s the 3rd time in three years I’m coming back to Acrotel Elea Beach to spend the summer holiday. And this alone says a lot about how nice this place is and how “addictive” it can become. During the first two visits (June 2017 and July 2018) the hotel won me over thanks to the smiling, attentive staff members who make you feel right at home as soon as you check-in, the beautiful location, close to the beach and two taverns, as well as the healthy and diverse food (we’ve opted for half-board every time, breakfast and dinner).

Apart from all these, in 2019 I was happy to discover some upgrades done to the interior of the restaurant - which offers amazing views over the sea at sunset - to the rooms and to the terrace where you can enjoy delicious Greek cuisine in the morning or in the evening. The quality of the service is unchanged, and the staff is ready to satisfy your every need, making sure your vacation here is memorable.

The “Theme Nights” are also very nice and set this hotel apart from others I’ve stayed at in Greece: DJ night on Monday, Kids Party on Tuesday, Latin night on Wednesday, Greek night on Friday (must see!) and Wine Taste night on Sunday.

Every time I’m returning to Elea Beach I feel like I’m coming back to my second family, not to another hotel. Once again, congratulations to Efi Stavropoulou, the General Manager, for doing a great job in running this property and for being involved, alongside her team, in day-to-day operations! I also want to congratulate Souzi and thank her for brightening up the day with impeccable service, proactive attitude and a charming smile.

Looking forward to returning again (and again) to this wonderful, value-for-money hotel!

Excellent place, wonderful staff, great food!

This is our second time at this hotel. We love it and enjoy to the fullest. The hotel staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly, the room maintenance is great and the food is amazingly tasty and versatile made by a brilliant chef Miki. The sea is warm and pristine. There are a few secluded beaches which we love. We will come back again!
Thank you all so much!

Great hotel, hospitable staff

We arrived a day after the horrific storm in Halkidiki and were amazed how the hotel staff gave their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is our second year here and we are certain to come back again. All the staff from the management to the waiters are super nice, especially Suzy, Theodoros and Georgios. Great food thanks to Miki the chef!
