Best Vacation Ever

We absolutely loved the Thompson Zihuatanejo! Laura at the front desk checked us in and helped us out every step of the way. She was always available every time we walked up. Juan out by the beach and pool area was amazing! Always tended to our needs and super intuitive with everything. Orlando, we saw at dinner every single night. Service was impeccable and he has an amazing personality we looked forward to see every night. Ventura set us up with an excursion with a local fisherman that took us snorkeling and out of the bay for a day on the water. The staff makes this resort amazing. The amenities of the property are incredible. The spa was a great with the massages we had. We will definitely be back and hope to come back regularly. Thank you staff of Thompson Zihuatanejo!

Best Beach Service

My time at the Thompson Zihuatanejo was impeccable. The highlight was the exceptional beach service provided by Juan. I recommend asking for Juan when you are there. His service is effortless, he works to ensure his customers have a beautiful time and succeeds. Thank you Juan for the exceptional days at the beach. Melanie

The beach is lovely and so are the gardens but the room had a lot of deferred maintenance. The room was also very very very dark anytime of the day. The food and drinks are very expensive. You can do better eating and drinking nearby or in town.

Gorgeous property, excellent location

Fantastic beach/lounge area. Beautiful rooms. Miss the more traditional Mexican decor but new is good too. Excellent friendly staff.

Furniture on terrace not comfortable for lounging AT ALL. A bit too high priced.
