How to Get There
I was in Acapulco for a mining show. I thought the hotel was nice, mostly clean but no hot water for three days made getting ready in the morning fun. I told them at the front desk no one seemed to care. Others in the group had hot water.
Everything was pretty economical compared to resorts in the US. Food and drinks good in restaurants. No wine at any of the bars but hey, you should have Tequila anyway:)
I do not speak much Spanish, I recommend brushing up on some basics if you are coming here as there are not a lot of English speaking people, not nearly as easy to communicate as it is in Cabo or Cancun.
Overall it was a business trip and fine for that. I wrote a review because I know a lot of people vacation here and I would have been disappointed if this was a vacation.
From the first sight we was impressed. Booked a master suite furnished with a king size bed and beautiful view to boot. Pool area is very nice and safe and ho hassles using beach of sister property next door. Plenty of nice restaurants to visit. Overall is a great place to vacation
Excellent hotel, restaurants and personal. In general, all awesome!
The private and exclusive Club Playa Scala is beautiful, clean sand and sea and the food is delicious. The pools in the hotel are clean and secure.
