How to Get There
Hotel with good location in zona diamante, have all the facilities as if it was a Cancun Resort. Breakfast is awesome and provide all what it is required to start you da, it is closed to playa Bonfil where you could find nice restaurants
Despite being a beach resort far away from the beach, the installations are nice. But the staff is very bad. They treat us like thieves, and they scam us. Charge item twice, lye about services, overcharge for shuttles, etc.
Since Mexican people is very nice, this is clearly a management issue.
I stayed at the Resort Mundo Imperial for two nights because the hotel I originally booked a room at (Las Brisas) was infested with ants. Resort Mundo Imperial was a very solid choice especially for the price. The hotel was very quiet, not many guests but that may be because it is so large and so guests are spread out, not sure. My room was very clean, well furnished and stylish looking. The employees were all friendly and pleasant, especially Juan Carlos at Mizumi restaurant for dinner! I was amazed at how many pools they had which looked great. Just be aware that this hotel is not connected to the beach--you can take a free shuttle bus to their sister property,
The Princess hotel which I did--so that's no problem. The only things I didn't care for was that the air conditioning only goes down to 22 degrees Celsius which is too warm for me to sleep very comfortably. Also, because of the warmth and humidity the room had a slightly musty smell which I didn't care for. All in all a very solid choice especially for the price--I would recommend it.
Good over all Hotel for Famiy its big and good service, the pools are in good conditions and the best part is that you can go to the other hotels that they are partner with food is not cheap and not that good drinks are very costy and small
Attending a Conference at the Mundo Imperial Convention Center , we stayed here. This hotel is wonderful as attendees, because you are a short walk from the Convention Halls, I mean 5 mins,
The personnel are very friendly, the restaurants and food are nice, only registration is very slow, but you are very far from a beach.
The hotel has shuttles with very few frequencies to a beach in the other hotels of Mundo Imperial complex and I'm not sure if it has an extra cost.
