Holidays

On my last holidays I visited this hotel chain, and even though it wasn’t the worst, I had a bad experience. First of all, astonishingly they didn’t respect the price with which I had made the booking, after discussing with the registration staff we reached an agreement. On the other hand, icrediblely the room where I stayed had serious humidity problems, giving a peculiar smell to the room, unlikely the restaurant food was quite bad and very expensive, and what bothered me the most, is that at all times there were people trying to convince you to subscribe to programs on your next visit.

Very nice place to stay in Acapulco

We were offered an upgrade as soon as we got there. It was a great deal and we were happy that we took it. Resort is in a good location. Lots of stores, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Everything else is a short cab drive away. Very clean. Family friendly (lots of kids). Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of English speaking staff. Lots of friends were concerned about the travel advisory. (Red/Dangerous). We felt safe the entire time and didn't see anything to be concerned about.

Terrible smell and leek

Arrived at hotel rooms not ready but could up grade to a sea view room we did view of sea on the side but a great view of next door hotel rooms? 🥵had a crack in the bath so could not use also a leek from room above over bath we reported to the front desk who said they could not move us due to hotel full maintenance man came but as he tried to explain he could do nothing until next day checking the room above they sent a man in to spray the room as it had a damp smell next day had to report again the leek same excuse as before so we moved out to another hotel
The other problem is they try to sell you a time share room for a free breakfast stay away

Foul smells from tub

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and keen to please but would certainly not stay there again. The rooms were clean but it was quite clear that nobody had recently if ever properly cleaned the jacuzzi bath. I'm always wary of these things so filled it with water and then put the jets on without getting in. The stench of human waste was quite over powering and needless to say we just had showers after that. All of us went down with some sort of stomach upset with 24 hours of arriving and 2 of us still have the symptoms now, 10 days later. The area around the hotel is quite run down and we did not feel particularly safe walking outside at night. This feeling was not helped by the sight of heavily armed troops patrolling the area. I hate writing reviews like this, especially when it might have an impact on the staff but the management need to up their game.

Outdated rooms. Friendly staff.

Rooms very outdated. It took forever for hot water. The air conditioning had a smell. You had to keep the room cold in order for clothing and bedding to be dry. Grounds were great! Staff was excellent and helpful. Beach was clean. Lots of chairs and shade.
