A fantastic hotel that is worth every dollar!

The Villas are magnificent. A great view, a private swimming pool, a nice "hamaca" and a beautiful Tub are just few amenities that the villa offer!

The hotel has a great SPA where I had a delicious treatment.

The food is really good in the different restaurants (Safron - a thai food place is great)

The service is impecable!

Want to pamper yourself and your couple? This is THE place!!!

Beautiful hotel

This is a lovely hotel in Acapulco. Every suite has a pool, we stayed in the one with 2 bedrooms it was very nice. I think for the price it would be ideal if they had a mini kitchen under the covered area by the pool. Having a microwave, and larger fridge with ice readily available would be better. And then the closet could be bigger, I found it a bit small for 2 people. More than two towels should be given. The service was excellent! Our ac broke and we called and it was fixed immediately. They are very accommodating, the breakfast was always exactly what we wanted. Because it’s so spread out, every time you leave your room you have to call for a buggy. It’s kind of annoying even though they are all very friendly. I don’t think they should accept tips because then you feel obligated when it’s kind of necessary. Saffron was delicious, we had a very nice dinner there. They give you buckets of ice and water at the pool. We had room service a few times and it was fast and good.

Almost heaven

Food could be better! They used to have better quality of food.I got food at Noa's for breakfast twice, two times room service and one meal at Las Rocas.I was expecting something superior, delicious, but unfortunately that was no the case.

Did not meet our expectations... way to expensive for what we received

Air conditining in the room did not work properly; the door knob at our room broke down... security and maintenance had to come open the door while mosquitos killed us... only two shower towels and while refreshing the room only one was changed... breakfast buffet far below what you would expect on this kind of hotel... beach club too small... way to expensive for what we received. Will never stay there again. On the othe hand, all the people working at the hotel, great service attitude.

This property is one of a kind, secluded in the tranquil Cabo Marques Bay, away from the hectic real Acapulco area.
each room is a private villa, with a separate terrace and private pool. while ours was very private, some other are not so much, this we realized walking around the resort.
The BT service is stunnning and everybody is ready a willing to help you with every request you should have.
The signature SPA should be one of the reasons to be there, since they have Thai personnel performing the treatments which they are superb.
My only critic would be on the "Las Rocas" restaurant, were the speciality is grilled fish, we were the only gust and the foot took too much and we ended up returning ir twice since it was un-eatable.
This is an amaizng property with an excellent trained staff in a privileged location!
