How to Get There
Loved this resort from the moment we got into our private transfer.Efficient driver, clean car, leather seats. Big welcome upon arrival, signed in and on our way to our room within maybe 15 minutes tops. The wow factor upon entering our villa was amazing , the view was amazing overlooking the ocean. All windows across the front of the room. Excellent private outdoor area with pool, large sitting area. The food was amazing. Thai restaurant was excellent as well as service. Breakfast was also amazing and so well presented. I could go on and on but all i can say is WOW, this place is excellent for getting away from it all and the ZEN like feel is wonderful. Never had a chance to try the spa but looked amazing. Would go back in a heart beat
Magic moments, great place, great food, incredible views a place to stay and enjoy nature. WIll never forget the experience and the great service provided by all the staff.
Without a doubt a place I would like to come back and recomend to others.
What a fantastic hotel - Without doubt we will be back and hopefully that will be this year.
The hotel is stunning, with the amazing views start as soon as you arrive and walk into the reception.
We had an ocean-view room with a pool and the layout was spectacular - The suite was large and the outside area with the pool overlooking the ocean was the icing on the cake. It was really difficult to leave the room as everything was so nice there.
The restaurants were also great, with my favourite being Saffron - Go there for early dinner and watch the sunset.
The staff were first-class and made the trip even better. Special mention to Adrian who made everything happen and was always there when we needed something.
See you soon.
The place is amazingly well maintained and the villas are very private and cozy. The room service is very good and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend anyone who wishes to stay off the noise and busy city to spend time at this hotel which is very quiet and comforting. I would definitely stay here next time I visit Acapulco!
I think the Sunday buffet at the Banyan Tree is the best in Acapulco and maybe the most expensive ! Around $ 650.00 pesos a person . The selection of food is first class , with items you don't usually get in other buffets . The view of Acapulco is wonderful from where breakfast is served , as Banyan Tree is at the top of a hill. I had ordered a Mimosa , which is not included in the price . They forgot to bring it to me and when I reminded them at the end they were very kind and brought me one without charging me for it . Very friendly people in the restaurant and a nice relaxed atmosphere .
