Good but maybe not for the price
Reviewed 2 months ago

We booked a signature suite through a third party website, and while I was happy with most of what we have gotten so far (the room is spotless), I do have some gripes for paying over a grand for just 2 nights. For some reason though it wasn’t stated our booking only comes with a continental breakfast and not the tasting menu advertised on the site. This was a big disappointment. Also the room is quite loud, you can hear all the hallway noise, and there are no “do not disturb signs” for the doors, so it feels like every time you leave the room someone comes in. The bathroom is amazing, love the tub and shower. Bed is just alright comfort wise. As for the “suite” we seemed to get the smaller one without the couch, and with the lesser view (faces away from the church). Not sure if this all because we didn’t go through their site, which is unfortunate since the price is still the same.

Overpriced and better alternatives in SMA
Reviewed 6 months ago

Hotel Dos Casas was an okay hotel in a city with better and cheaper alternatives. Our room faced the restaurant / inner courtyard and was thus very dark (it only had one window). The hotel was okay but they advertised a roof terrace which only had a small table and chairs. Definitely suggest other hotels.

Nice and trendy Hotel in San Miguel

This was a very special visit to San Miguel, since we’ve been there for a family Wedding.

We get there by 12 o’clock on Thursday March 12. And surprisingly we’ve got an upgrade to a very nice king size suite, the bath was nice with natural sunlight and a delicious bath best of all, it has a very nice terrace where you can see the church, by night the view is great and so romantic.

By the way you may receive room service.
It would be wonderful to have a jacuzzi !

You can also have dinner at the very trendy and delicious Aperit restaurant which is the Hotel Novelty ! It is a must in San Miguel. Make your reservations, and if you want to have a very nice and special experience, it is possible to book for the chef’s table, which is only for 10 people.

Hope you have the same great time than us.

Beautiful Hotel

Loved this hotel in San Miguel. The location is practical. The room was beautiful, we had a private terrace with our own jacuzzi and amazing view of the Church. The service was friendly and helpful. Great restaurant for fancy dinners is right downstairs.

Lovely Hotel

This Hotel is really lovely. The location is great and the service very good. Always attentive with a smile when needed and discrete at the right times. Lots of really interesting design features and attention to detail which for me is important. The bathroom was fantastic with the steam shower, lots of space and a lovely bath tub to enjoy. The hotel could benefit from a small pillow menu for those that prefer a firmer pillow. The restaurant here is a highlight. Really amazing food. Try the Esquites!
