Excellent service

Kiani Beach Resort is great for families. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble and Christina the pool bar manager is a great asset to the hotel. I would like to see the hotel replace the plastic straws with paper ones. The beach pool area is littered with them. Also the room towels are changed every day and I feel this is not needed. Another system could be adopted that many other hotels do. Overall the hotel has good food and drinks plus evening entertainment.

"A awesome start to our Greek holiday"
Reviewed 5 days ago

We began our 2 week holiday in Greece at the Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive and it was awesome! We especially liked the lay-out of the grounds. Just outside our sliding door, was our patio, the grassy area and the ocean front bar. Immediately to the left were: the outdoor stage area, the playground and tennis court. Immediately to the right was the main pool, game room and main buffet style restaurant. Just beyond all of this, was the beautiful ocean. Everything our family needed was so accessible. They offered a variety of activities for the kids and families throughout most of the day and night. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the food at the buffet. It was good and in all fairness, I have yet to visit a hotel food buffet that is fabulous. Anyway, don't let this deter you from staying here. All in all, we were very satisfied with staying here for the first 5 days of our holiday!

Nice holidays

Generally the hotel is ok. it has good value for the price. But I wouldn't say it is 5 star hotel, rather good 4 star (comparing to other greek hotels).

The things to improve:
-evening entertainment
-some more hot snacks during the day (maybe pizza?)

The beach is also not the best we have visited. It is very stony. During our stay there were no sunbeds at the beach, only by the pools. Also there is very cold river around 200m next to the hotel so sometimes water in the sea is quite cold (depends on the wind).

Clean, quiet and beautiful

Great familyresort in a quiet part of Crete. Taxidistance from cosy town of Kalives. The kuds age 5 and 8 loved the kidsteam - The Animation team! Little drawback- spa had only massages-no pedicure/manicure

Great holidays

We had great experience during our holidays at Kiani Beach Resort!

The accommodation on the newer part of the hotel is very good (superior room with pool view). There was an issue with the room after arriving but it was solved quickly.

The hotel food is good and during dinner there was always typical Greek food with special dishes like “Gyro”, “Souvlaki”, etc. Many thanks to the Chef from pool view restaurant for explaining the dishes and culture!

Finally, some words about the impressive staff that works in this hotel, always ready to help the guests and keep the hotel running perfectly! In particular the amazing team from the POOL BAR: Christina, Thanasis, Elena and Maria. Our stay was much funnier and interesting because of them!

Efraristo!
