Very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The facilities were lovely and the food was fantastic. We got to enjoy a local wine tasting that made the stay even more incredible. I would definitely recommend this to families, friends, or single travelers.

Managers trying to bribe guests into writing good reviews
Reviewed 7 days ago

Not a four star hotel! The food was tasteless and poor variety. The range of drinks were ok. Pool and beach area ok but surely there could be more palm trees and flowers to make it attractive, nice thick sunbed mattresses. Parts of the hotel were not tidy. The WC by the pool was dirty. Our corridor was full of snails and sowbugs. The staff sprayed some disgusting room spray in the corridor. The rooms were nice and spacious but, yes there is a but.. our room was dirty. Spider webs in the corners, the room smelled of urine, ants running around on the floor, no toilet paper etc etc. The complaints were brought forward to the reception. They gave us a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine (from the all-inclusive tap?) after one day the basket was full of ants.. Worst part was when maintenance left our door open after cleaning. Anyone could have stepped inside and taken our things. When complaining to the manager he said that we would be compensated. When no effort was made regarding compensation I suggested to the manager mr Antonis that a bottle of sparkling wine. He agreed, IF I went on to trip advisor and gave a really good review about the hotel and to mention his name. He even wrote his name down on a note. When I went back into the restaurant after ten minutes or so he straight away came up to me and asked if I had written the review. I said no and he asked when I would do it. He was very persistent and said that mentioning his name in the review was very important, more important than money (???). I said that we would like to get the bottle at 18.00 in our room. He instantly asked if I’ve done the review when arriving at our room. I said no and he pointed at my mobile phone and offered me help to open the webpage. I had enough and told him that this hole situation is very awkward. Am I suppose to do favours to get a compensation that he brought up because of something his staff had done?? This must be the most absurd situation I’ve ever been in. I told him off and asked him to leave our room. He is an incredibly rude and disrespectful! I will never set my foot in this hotel again!!
