How to Get There
I spent 10 days in Crete but I made an unfortunate choice with this french oriented resort.
The plus are the location, pools and nice stuff.
On the minus the buildings that are not maintained,a very small tv with 15 chanels,
the food is very poor and little variety and in my oppinion somehow recycled...
Overall poor experience.
I wouldn't reccommend nor I'll be back..
we choose this hotel because its good for families and a lot activities for children, the hotel keep clean all the time and the service very good. I will love to come there again but it will be nice if the menu will be more variety. we were enjoyed!
After booking an all inclusive holiday with friends to this destination we backed our bags and with a spring in our step boarded the plane at Gatwick. We arrived late at the hotel due to a delayed flight. We were greeted well with a glass of cold orange juice and advised that a cold plate buffet had been arranged, this was the high point of the stay.
When trying to select the prearranged salad at the buffet it was a pity that we had to form a queue behind a vast array of flies who were hovering around the selection. When we arrived at our room we could see that it was clean but basic, it had all the facilities that we would expect.
The staff were rude throughout our stay almost to the point of aggressive. The all inclusive facilities were of a poor standard as were the meals. Lunch and dinner were the same everyday for our 7 night stay with only one hot meat option changing. It is a shame that the hotel has not tried to compete with the much better hotels that are extremley close to it, but they have instead maintained a poor level of service with low standards.
The entertainment was of a poor quality and the stage shows were repeatedly used as a platform to mock the British almost to the point of racism.
The hotel did not seem to care about the thoughts or holiday experience of any guests who were not from France (the main visitors). As with our stay and experience of the staff I am sure that I will receive a rude response from the hotel who appear to be more interested in abusing their guests than getting it right first time.
On a positive we only had a 7 night stay booked at this version of a Cretan Fawlty Towers.
