Filthy Dirty
Reviewed 15 hours ago

I arrived after a long day of travelling and working and wanted to take a shower. The bath linen was filthy. It clearly had not been changed after the last guest. It just made me feel dirty. I won’t be returning. The Sofitel down the road is much much better - and clean.

We stayed in this hotel and it was great. Welcoming as is should be expected, same goes for the staff at the service desk, restaurant and cleaning staff. Only the cook and the staff behind the bar could be more friendly. Hotel is beautifull and the steamroom, sauna, hammam, gym are better than any other I have experienced in a hotel. But the service is Germany and Poland are in general always perfect and friendly and a good example to other countries. The breakfast is amazingly good and well presented in a very clean space (actually the whole hotel is clean and taken care off perfectly!) Certainly coming back here!

Excellent Last Minute Find
Reviewed 4 days ago

Having had plans disrupted by the Ryanair strike, we had to find a different hotel at the last minute. We were very fortunate to find the Titanic. The service was, without exception, superb (a special mention must go to Ibrahim and his bar staff - a lovely manner and generous measures...). The location is perfect for exploring the city centre, with everything within reasonable walking distance. Although the prices for individual items seemed high, the final bill was surprisingly low.

The room itself did not feel 5*. We had a deluxe double, but it was small. The air-con was efficient, yet noisy. Titivating was needed throughout. The minibar was basic, in terms of both range and quality of items. Overall, it felt more like an aspiring 3* room, which was a shame since everything else was excellent.

We would stay again, definitely, but more for the location and service than the accommodation.

À beautiful hotel with gorgeous decor. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Very clean and no carpet in the room which makes it more hygienic. Breakfast buffet with full range for all tastes. Such a pleasure to staff
