How to Get There
Distance from subway was excellent, only 2 minutes walk. When we arrived at the hotel the atmosphere was great. Then we walked to the room and the feeling dropped a bit. Room was very small. No tables to put our things (make up, jewellery, brush, parfume). Toilet door was terrible. When the sliding door was closed there was still a gap so there was no privacy. When taking shower whole room was full of steam. Problem was solved by opening the window. Which wasn't so great in January. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I personally was graving for more fresh fruits. Hotel staff was awesome and every "problem" we had was solved. One evening we ate at the hotel and the food was great. Overall the staying was great. We didn't really spend our time at the room because of the size.
Came here with a group of friends for 4 nights in March. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms although small were very clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The hotel is conveniently located to the railway station and town. I would definitely recommend.
Well situated in the Mitte area, a few hundred metres from the Spittemarkt U-bahn, this hotel offers well furnished rooms, although small. Personnel greet you with a smile. The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties.
Me and my partner stayed here for a 2 night city break. Positives include the location, very close to an underground station and walking distance from shopping/bars/restaurants. Another positive was the price (we stayed in the week), cleanliness (although there was some dust on the lampshades) and the bathroom (good large shower). Negatives include the fact that the rooms are too small, there are no drawers at all, no safe, no tea/coffee making facilities, no where to sit other than the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse (had to ask for 2 additional pillows). We bought snacks from the reception area, the chocolate was out of date and the crisp were 1 day away from being out of date. Staff were friendly enough and we were able to keep our cases at the hotel after check-out until our flight. Would not return.
We had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming particularly the evening bar staff who always managed to make us laugh. Our room although small had everything in there we need. The bed was very comfortable, the curtains shut out the light and although the hotel was full of people our room was so quiet. Breakfast was amazing, there was so much choice! We couldn’t have asked for more. We’d definitely come here again if we were in Berlin.
