How to Get There
The hotel is located 100 meters away from the S Bahn Hackescher Markt so is very convenient in terms of transport since many S Bahn lines stop at this station. Moreover it is very close to the main area of Mitte so you have access to tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
There s a supermarket just behind the building which makes it all the more convenient.
Lobby is pretty big and colourful and check in and check out were done smoothly and staff was pretty friendly especially at check out since she took the time for some chit chat while processing our check out .
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and the room was spacious and had a kitchen corner with everything needed for dining or even cooking. There was even a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which was super convenient.
The room is quite modern and comfortable but if looked properly definitely was showing some signs of wear and tear here and there.
Considering the price and the size of the room, there s nothing much to complain about right now but I m not sure how the room will fare in a few years.
Surprisingly we found the breakfast to be very basic and not that good despite many good reviews about it. Choice was just OK with very limited fruits and bread was really a letdown compared to the usual German standard of bread.
Overall it was still a good stay. In terms of cost performance you really get a spacious room with equipped kitchen and washing machine for a very reasonable price.
Dont expect some wow factor but other than that it s all in all a good choice.
Was really easy to get to from the airport by bus but there is a major train station at the end of the road as well as a tram stop. There is a number of restaurants nearby if you don't fancy eating in the hotel. It is also really close to loads of top tourist attractions. The hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are a good size and the amenities are also good with everything you need to cook your own dinners if you so choose. There is also a little supermarket outside which helps. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it to anyone looking to come to Berlin.
Me and my wife spent couple of days here. Cleanless and quality of service on high level. Breakfast rich and nicely presented. staff pleasant and well trained thank you all. Would like to visit next autumn.
Excellent hotel. Good in room facilities. Very clean, large rooms. Best pillows I have ever encountered in a hotel. Very friendly staff. Good location close to transport links. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again
Good thing: location, room facilities, breakfast, services, everything was great!
Things to improve: problem solving. So I left 2 wearer t shirt at the hotel when I checked out. I called the hotel and was told to send the email to the front desk and they will arrange to mail them back. I did so, but I have to ring them again after waiting for two days and sending another follow up email. They explained they have received the email but didn’t reply as they are quite “busy”. Well, if you recieved questions from the guest, it’s beffer to reply, even just say that you recieved the email but will take time to reply in detail insteading of hanging the guest waiting there without any information. This is what we called “service”.
