Dirty and Noisy..
Reviewed 1 day ago

a little grossed out by this property to be honest. Walked into the room (which apparently should be perfectly renovated seeing as they had $20 mil in renovations) and there was a chip on the tile in the bathroom. The bathrobes had dirt stains on them, the corners of the room had crumbs and severely needed a good vacuum session. We asked for room service after the first night, left our room on Saturday at 10:30 AM, returned back at 6:00 PM and our room had still NOT been serviced. We were on the 11th floor and it was BEYOND noisy. You could clearly hear the music from the rooftop, so much so you knew what song was playing. We called down and they informed us that someone should have told us that during check-in but no one did. Also, in the morning, we could hear conversations from the room ACROSS the hall from us. There is absolutely no privacy, and you can hear everything through paper thin walls.

Wonderful “W”

An older property beautifully renovation to modern standards. My check in was flawless and the staff was friendly and professional.

The room was nice and well appointed but dark. Even with all the lights on, it had the feel on being in a cave. The bathroom was small and lacked counter space.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I was a bit disappointed when considering other W’s I’ve stayed at.

great check in and valet process. hotel was busy but efficient. Rooms are modern but small. ask for a lower room if you don't want to hear the rooftop club thumping til 3am. Front desk helped with that tip. Location is perfect for anything in buckhead.

Good enough

Tries to be hip - with music in the lobby and Mardi Gras party, etc

The mall not far away provides lots of food and shopping options

Clean and crisp

Buckhead is not downtown - but not bad

The room was clean and fresh

Another great stay

I've stayed at this location a few times and the new renovation looks great. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating to requests. The rooftop is perfect for a night cap on the cozy couches outside. The rooms are a decent size and you have all the amenities that you need. Plenty of dining options within walking distance.
