How to Get There
Our family of 5 spent 4 night in a two bedroom suite while we explored Atlanta. The location is great for all the main attractions such as the aquarium, coke, and museums. It didnt have a ton of restaurants in walking distance though unfortunately. The room itself was perfect. Two bedrooms and a full kitchen was really helpful with three kids. Hotel was super clean and service was amazing. So friendly and helpful. We asked for a crib and they brought it up promptly and set it up. The ladies who worked the restaurant were so wonderful and accommodating to our children. The only advise I have if you are platinum member, like my husband. And want a voucher for breakfast you have to ask. It's only for one continent breakfast which is bread, fruit and yogurt regardless if you have a two bedroom. I'm not sure if it was worth it. By default they give you points instead.
Probably the worse service experience I have ever had, not once but multiple times in a 2-night stay. The first room service delivery was 2 hours, the second was 1.5 hrs late and only because I called 3 times and when it arrived, the plate had water around it (I wish I took the pic). Did I mention that 2 of the items on the order were wrong?
Similar experience when I dined at the restaurant, wrong items, and 1-hour wait (only 3 other tables at the restaurant)... I can go on
Had the pleasure of staying here a few days ago. Really awesome hotel and location. Blocks away from The Georgia Aquarium, The Civil Rights Museum, and some local restaurants. Service was top notch and Mrs. Lu and the front desk tended to our every need. We would definitely revisit when in the area.
Having read some negative reviews I checked in with some wariness. I am pleased to say I have no criticisms of this hotel. It’s location is great: the MARTA station a few yards away which meant we took public transport from the airport at a cost of 7$ return each as compared with the 60 or 70 it would be by cab in total. And you’re not affected by traffic. We had intended using MARTA a lot but we were able to walk everywhere we needed. We self catered and the only items missing from the kitchen were cereal bowls and teaspoons, which were quickly provided on request. The fridge freezer was wonderful : huge and with plentiful ice and filtered water on tap . Didn’t have to purchase any bottles of water during our three night stay. Big rooms, lots of cupboards/ storage space, very comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom with bath and separate shower. We lacked for nothing. To conclude, staff were very pleasant and helpful and gave us a late checkout to fit with our ongoing plans. It’s not luxurious, but it has quality, ticks all the boxes and I would certainly stay again.
Disappointed because this is the least “Autograph like” hotel in the brand I have stayed at ( at last count over 18). Clearly a “takeover” from another brand. Other than oversized rooms, this hotel exhibited none of the benchmarks associated with this brand. Front desk staff member very disinterested and did not exhibit much enthusiasm for our late night check-in.
