Special and Unique

We were on the 13th floor in a lovely suite. It was not completely handicapped accessible, but it had excellent accommodations for my walker, giving me extra room going around corners and through doorways as well as having a large stall shower and a tub.
All of the furniture was in good repair. The bed, couch, etc were all firm. We had plenty of amenities in.the kitchen including a full size refrigerator and garbage disposal.
The valet was gracious and polite. He not only parked our car but he also took us to our room and unloaded our luggage for us.
Upon check in, everything was in order and prepaid. The concierge (Rahoul?) was so helpful. He answered questions, made suggestions, and made us feel like special welcome guests.
We were meeting our daughter and son-in-law and our one year old granddaughter for a couple of days. Everyone we spoke to talked about our beautiful grandbaby! The restaurant hostess, the waitress, housekeeping etc!
A hotel is only as good as the people who work there. That said, we never noticed any imperfections because the staff were such a joy to be around!

Lots of room to spread out

Great location at this eclectic clean hotel! Loved the little extras in the massive room. There were classic novels laying around and the light fixture resembled a balloon that had floated to the top of the ceiling. So. Much. Morning. Light! Opened the curtains in the morning and was welcomed by Georgia sunshine. The floor to ceiling wall of windows was beautiful! This hotel is in a great location- can get to places easily.
The hotel has a suite concept so a separate living room and a full size kitchen. This would be an easy place to stay for a family of four traveling with teenagers- space for everyone.
The wood floors made it feel more like I was staying in an apartment than a hotel.
Will stay again!

Great modern property
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

This property is newly renovated and quite comfortable. Our room was large with a separate living room and kitchen. Bathroom was also large with a double sink. Everything was modern, clean, and in great working order. Free Wifi and on demand cable as well. The staff were incredibly friendly especially at the front desk. The location is good but not great. Now the drawbacks and reasons this did not get 5 circles. First, many of the services were understaffed such as the valet and restaurant, at least in the morning. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The service was incredibly slow with only one person available and the food was honestly pretty bad. Second, the location is convenient but close to major highways so there was always traffic noise despite being on the 10th floor. I am fine sleeping with such noise but not everyone will be. Lastly, the fitness center was spacious but a lot of the equipment seemed second hand - old, used, disrepair. All around, this is a great place to say with some fixable issues.

Nice facility but desolate

Stayed here for a business weekend and was immediately aware of the difficulty in entering the hotel. The taxi and uber drivers were all unfamiliar with the strange off street entrance. Once inside the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was modern but somewhat cold. I was alone so that made it more uncomfortable. The restaurant was very good but didn’t open until 7! For business travel I would ha e though 6 was pretty important. Overall a nice property but I won’t stay here again due to the lack of food and coffee before 7am!

Large, beautiful suites

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is an Autograph hotel so it’s very quaint and interesting. The rooms are large and spacious, they are very modern. The room has a full kitchen and the bathroom was very large. The gym is also very large with great equipment. This was an overall good stay.
