A terrific family event

This was the official hotel of our nieces wedding. We arrived earlier than check in best tired since we had been up since 3am. The lady at the desk was so nice to stow our bags until our room was ready. We we just a little hungry so we went to the bar/restaurant by the lobby. My wife and I each got a delicious Victory Mango IPA and split a Chicken Parmesan sandwich and Parmesan fries. The food and service were both very good and even before we finished the desk clerk walk in the bar and handed us our room key. She had already sent our bags up. Our next treat was opening the room door and seeing that our next 3 days were in a contemporary styled apartment! With the full kitchen at our disposal we decided to cut costs and pick up breakfast/lunch/snacks/adult beverages at the Publix supermarket that is literally next door.
After getting our provisions and unpacking we put on our swimsuits to enjoy the warm weather and very nice pool.
We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted throughout the hotel and the few requests we had were quickly granted. Housekeeping was quiet and efficient. Our 3 days went quickly but every hour was enjoyed! Thank you!

Everything you need away from home with class

Loved this hotel. Not what I expected it was so much better. The Ambience of the Hotel relaxed me. The smell of the flowers at the elevator great touch of class. The room was spacious and modern. I loved it !!!!

Solid customer service, poor construction/upkeep

Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful, this is strictly about the room. It was a King suite and it was not in good shape. A/C was on its last leg, power panel stuck ajar, furniture old, outdated and chipped, curtains with oil stains or food stains. Typically the Autograph Collection is a solid choice for cleanliness and comfort. Might need a bit of an update at Twelve midtown.
