How to Get There
Great experience overall. Didn’t like being left with no other choice but to pay the valet parking fee. Lesson learned now for me to always inquire on the first end because I may not have stayed there after adding up final cost.
I took advantage of the luxury and love package they had. The price I paid was excellent!!!!! They gave us champagne and long stem chocolate covered strawberries and romantic bed turn down. I will be coming back again!!!
I can rarely say I’ve been fully impressed with service, but all (and I mean all) the team members I interacted with at this hotel were outstanding. Friendly, made me feel like I was important, helpful, and warm. After realizing I left my cell phone in a cab, one of the valets took after the cab and got my phone back. When I needed to change rooms because of a loud toilet, the manager on duty made sure I was taken care of by helping me change rooms and even offered me dinner on the house (it was a kind offer that I turned down).
Many times when we experience excellent customer service, we may not remember all that was said, but we know how we felt in the end. I have nothing but high praise for this hotel. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat because of the wonder team the Omni has assembled.
everything was excellent, first time staying had no idea what to expect but everything was great only issue was the vallet parking outside of that everything was great the view the service would definitely come back!
I expected more from Omni Hotels than the poor service we received. The robes and ice bucket were missing from my room, so I had to call to have them brought up. The maid failed to restock the coffee maker properly, so I removed everything in order to get sugar free sweetener. I am a member of Omni’s frequent stay plan, but had to ask to get my complimentary morning beverage. There was a wait for breakfast the last two mornings we were there, and it was a buffet. They sat us in the bar one day, but never allowed that again, so we were late to our business appointments. No one advised us we should have breakfast reservations.
