How to Get There
The Omni was centrally located to Centenniel Park and several area attractions. I stayed for a business trip so I really did not get to enjoy much outside the hotel. My room was in the North Tower. The room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed and great view of the city. Housekeeping was great and covered my needs. I loved the Omni being connected to CNN Center as it was easy to walk for a quick coffee or meal and to just see the hustle and bustle of the Center. The staff was awesome and helpful in answering my questions. I would stay here again.
My car was damaged by the valet (contract folk) a way to avoid liability. I sent an email and called several times. More than 3.5 weeks later not even a courtesy response. POOR customer relations. Has this happened to you or someone you know? Please review and share if it has.
Just left the hotel and have gotten behind in my reviews so completing this at the airport. This was our second stay here and have only great things to stay about our stay. Our Loyalty ambassador, Kayla contacted me prior to our visit and met us at our room when we checked in. She helped with our room request and found us a perfect room when we had to move due to some remodeling challenges. We were impressed with the fast response to the shower temperature problem by maintenance and we were moved promptly the next morning as problem could not be resolved. Did not interfere with our most enjoyable time at this hotel.
We took several tours while we were there and worked closely with Cheryl,the Concierge. She is a great asset to Omni. Her knowledge of Atlanta and things to do around town made our stay even better. She made us feel special . We hope to visit again soon . Thanks Cheryl for everything!
We ate breakfast everyday in Prime Meridian. Excellent buffet for reasonable price. Alam, was our server. We remembered him from last year. Great service and pleasant conversation. We requested him daily. Thank you! Melissa at the buffet kept things organized and fixed a great omelette . Her smile and welcome was a great start to the morning.
Latitudes, the lobby bar was a relaxing place to end the day. I don’t think it would be the same without Carla. She worked nonstop every day we visited to provide superior service. She apologized anytime she felt like you had waited overly long for service. She asked frequently if you needed anything and asked if you needed another drink. We enjoyed talking with her and look forward to our next visit. Thanks Carla! Others were all nice and provided service but waited until you asked for help.
Already looking forward to returning here. Location to stadium and downtown excellent.
For the cost, this place was not up to par. Rooms were dated and worn down. Front desk members in north tower were not accommodating. The room walls were THIN and typical ambient noise from other guests was very loud to the point where sleeping was sometimes difficult. Valet was very unorganized and expensive! At $45 per night, this service should be exceptional. We would be waiting for 10-15minutes at a time just to find someone to bring our car around. The kiosks for scanning valet ticket were non-functional. We would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.
I really enjoyed the comfort, hospitality and professionalism shown at the Omni Hotel, North Tower. I would highly recommended this Hotel to family and friends. The position of the hotel is in the perfect area in Atl!
