Pure chaos
Reviewed 6 hours ago

The hotel was very unorganized. It was busy due to the ATL United game and a company party, but valet was a nightmare and the front desk was struggling to accommodate check in. The valet lost our car. The bar was understaffed, stressed, and rude. We had lots of bags and formal wear with no bellman to help us. It was a horrible experience for a 4-Star hotel.

Good central location, good place to stay
Reviewed 16 hours ago

I stayed for a few nights on a business trip. The central location of the hotel was helpful as I could take the train to & from the airport and save on cab fare. The room was very nice overall, though the chair was too short for the desk (apparently some rooms have been recently renovated, but mine wasn't one of them). There's not a ton going on nearby at night but there are plenty of places to eat. It wasn't clear whether the Wi-Fi is usually free but I didn't have to pay extra for it, perhaps because I was attending a conference at the hotel.

I was very pleased with my room at the Omni in Atlanta. The room was really nice and clean each day when I returned for the evening. The hotel was quite during the evening and at night. I had a great view of some attractions in the area.

Well located for downtown activity

Well located for activities at College Football Hall of Fame, Aquarium, The Tabernacle ETC Marta station is closeby (but up and down steps so if you have luggage it's a bit of a pain) CNN Center is attached with a food court ( but its hours are limited) There is parking on site, but it is pricey ($45 nite) so i never stay here if i need a car. Rooms are quiet so if you are a light sleeper this isa good choice. Employees are friendly and always have a smile and greeting for you.
